what was the event running last week in the special events society? I think it was only for the winners of the platinum tournaments in 2023 |

Couple reminders: 1. We finalize the week that just ended first then process the promo event (so any promotions/demotions from the week just ending are current in the promo event). 2. You have to shoot Even par or better to be eligible for a promotion (applies this event to CC-K)

TGCT Promotion Event #3 - Slots available (TBA)
Ideal tour sizes: Platinum is full so I'll be giving them the option of voluntary demotions for this event. This the first promo event where the top 3 tours are fairly full. I'll do my best to create as many spots available. It's a good problem to have as it means the tours are healthy! As always, play all 4 rounds if you'd like a good chance to promote up - especially the further down the tours you currently sit.

Good luck all! 👍 Inactive people with cards (like yourself) aren't a factor as I only look at active numbers when determining how many spots are up for grabs. So no issue for you to be inactive on the Platinum Tour with a Plat tour card. |

Promo Event #3 ResultsSummary
For the first time we had a well-balanced tour coming out of a Promo event so there weren't as many slots available as usual. Ended up with 77 promotions out of this event. The tours are healthy and participation is strong so all positive things! Reminder that we finalize the week ending first and then the Promotion Event. So it's possible to demote and promote, or promote twice in span of a few minutes.
