Referring to the schedule change, I'm fine with any decission made.
If I'm not on holiday or anything like that, I'm normally done with all four tournament rounds on Wednesday evening the latest. The rest of the week I use for practicing the upcoming course, or play the courses I always wanted to.
Referring to the spoiler threads, I have to say that I like(d) them. I wouldn't take them away entirely, just wait with opening them - as suggested by Doley - until the old tournament is done and dusted.
I also want to offer my assistance if some moderation work has to be done here on the forum if people would open up seperate (and unwanted) "spoiler"-threads.

Question regarding spoilers...is there a tool on proboards that will allow spoiler buttons? I've seen it used well on other forums (Operation Sports, for example) so people could hide that information. That way, those that want to post future scores could do so under the spoiler tag. Those that want to see it can click the button, those that don't don't.
Seems to be a decent number of people that want to know the unrevealed information and this would be a compromise for them.

I don't see how this would be any different to the spoiler threads. What would this add that they don't?

I could care less about the spoiler thread, I never really look at it anyways. The idea about still playing Saturday, but not posting an official score till Sunday, or even Monday works for me. In the end whatever changes are made, even If we don't agree with them, we will have to adapt to one way or the other. I suppose If we were told we could only use 7 irons from now on, we'd have to do that as well Come to think of it I'm not too bad with a seven iron either !

I don't see how this would be any different to the spoiler threads. What would this add that they don't? - eliminate the need for two threads, - give a "bragging rights" opportunity to those that enjoy it - allows those that follow the spoiler threads but don't post to still see the information - keeps the suspense for those that don't want to know In the end, I threw it out as an idea to try to please the pro-spoiler thread group and the pro-suspense/drama group. Basically, this would allow people to post what they shot for any round but viewers would need to actively click a button to see the results. Again, just an idea...
