I had no doubt Reid was running a play. I did not expect it to be a pass though.
From this final four, I expect Green Bay to win it all.

The teacher versus the student, the elder versus the novice. ?? Should be a good SB and as much as I am a fan of TB, I think it is a new dynasty that will bring it. Hope I am wrong.

Odd decision making from GB coach LaFleur and even Rodgers on some plays vs Tampa. Quite a few head scratchers. KC favored by 3 points on the opening line yesterday. I’m on KC for this game. Of course that doesn’t mean much but still, I’m on the record lol.

2nd half I kept thinking Brady was playing poorly so as not to embarrass Rogers. I know he wasn't but he wasn't very sharp and the picks were idiot passes. I'll take the win, Brady has been my QB, well, for most of this century.
KC is playing some great football now but Brady has played with back against the wall a few times. S/B be a better than average SB....I have said that before and they turned out to be duds.

One I usually do is tails for coin flip.

As for MVP, why should Rogers get the nod when Brady brought the Bucs to the SB in his 1st year with them?

People here know I have never been a fan of Brady. That said, I agree with you cliffs, that is a very good point. Rodgers had a monster year, but Brady has single handedly brought Tampa to the big dance. Even I recognize that.
Also, I'm warming up to the dude. I've posted several things in a discord channel I'm in regarding the fact that I've warmed up to him this year. Perhaps its not Brady himself I disliked but the team he was playing for. LOL.

My two pregame favorites just aren't playing well. Chunky Monkey got a flag for excessive napping in the middle of the field and Gus didn't have his head in the game and just sat scared in the corner.

Bucs got some ref friendly calls in this game. Chiefs still should have been able to overcome those bc that’s what champions do but it was still disappointing to see the officials have such a heavy hand in it. One PI call was incidental contact which is not a penalty. Another PI in the end was a ball so uncatchable that Shaquille O’Neal on a 10 ft ladder couldn’t reach it. The momentum these created for Tampa were huge. There were two other blatant non-calls I saw against Gronk for false starts he had. One was a play that resulted in a big 1st down on a ball he caught. But props to the Tampa defense, they brought the lockdown big time. Barrett was schooling the right tackle all game, David minimized Kelce for the most part which was amazing and the secondary held coverage. Romo and Nance still insinuating that Mahomes is going to play in multiple more Super Bowls was a little much. There’s no guarantee that happens. Ask Dan Marino Congrats Buc fans, you are covid champs along with the Lightning. Please tell the Rays they are not entitled.

I agree with Jimmy BUT the Bucs defense was just perfectly played and coached. Although I agree with the "bad" calls, c'mon, this was the new King and the Dynasty for the next 20 years that Brady's Bucs toppled. The Chiefs should have been better than NO TDs at all.

The momentum these created for Tampa were huge. My wife is from Kansas and a Chiefs fan- I've watched every single Chiefs games this year. Mauling WRs and double dog daring the refs to make calls is a big component of their D... they got away with so much sh|t throughout the season that didn't get called. I thought it was great the refs called it tight in the first half. It's an easy fix- keep your hands off the wr's down the field. The PI on Evans streaking down the sideline saved a TD... the PI on Mathieu in the end zone should have been holding- ball on the 4 instead of the 1. but with KC running out a JV offensive line- it really doesn't matter- they could've played 4 more quarters and I'd bet more on Mahomes getting knocked out of the game vs actually scoring a TD. Brady is going to get all of the accolades- but Leftwich and Bowles were on point and called phenomenal games.

Still sad about yesterday loss, but happy to say farewell to all bandwagoners that appear out of nowhere during the last months. Time to go back to Uncle Tom
I think it is a fair point to say that the referees were disgusting, especially during first half. One team got a whole field (almost, 98 yards) out of penalties, the other just 5. It has nothing to do with the fact that we got bad calls on our favor this year (I completely agrre with the message above) and that we were not going to win yesterday's game on a hundred years. Our OLine is average when everybody is healthy, a disaster with the present injuries. We also need WR2 and WR3 badly, I think the guys behind Tyreek have shown where their limits are.
That said, congrats to the Buccaneers fans, if we have any here!
