Let me grab my chance my start this weeks topic.
Round 1 just not good enough on the greens. 3 bogeys...and a -5. And God it's so frustrating when you hit the ball good and just don't find a way to make a good score. Good 2nd round needed again to make the cut.

Hi all,
Fifth week here and after a great first week and an okay second week, I really struggled the last two weeks. Missed the cuts but did miraculously escape demo marks...
This week I scored -8 and -10 for -18 halfway. Please tell me that’s good enough to make the cut because I really, really tried to score decently and this is defintely the best I could do without lucky shots !! 😂😂😂😂
Best wishes Frans

Mediocre -5 on my first round, but caught fire and shot a -12 58 round 2. -17 at the halfway point, it's gonna be a low one this week. We'll see. Had a blast playing this course, really good design.
I think -18 definitely makes it but don't hold me to it!

Was looking forward to seeing if I could improve this week. Unfortunately the course is lagging beyond a playable experience for me 4 holes in. Will sit this one out instead of losing confidence in my game. Good luck all.

It's a bit early but I'm gonna say -14 to make the cut.

I'm gonna say lower than that, but it probably won't matter for me since I had two four putt doubles in round one and am sitting at -12 through two. I think I'm going to have to put in quite a few practice rounds in 187 conditions to try to get a handle on my putting issues.
That aside, I really liked the course this week. Enjoy it while you can. I played a couple of practice rounds on next week's course and I don't think we'll see crazy low scores so much on that track.

Played round 2 and I'm so happy that a finally played a good one. -10 without bogeys. Of course still sweating the cut at -15 but I'd say it's enough. Good luck to everyone playing its a fun course.

Back after a month or two on Korn Ferry.
Opened with a mediocre -7 including an albatross on 9. 2nd round was a much more controlled -12. 3rd round played well -10.
Just glad to be back and making a cut after losing my game completely.

Not one to complain but this course is lagging like crazy.
Halfway through the first round and if it wasn’t for the red marks associated with a WD, I would have rage quit by now.

I'm guessing the cut is -16. I had a 20 footer on 18 for birdie thinking if I make it I'm through and if I miss I may be cut. Drained it to sit at -17 thru 2. Usually when I play average like I did the first 2 rounds I'm right at the cutline.

Halfway through the first round and if it wasn’t for the red marks associated with a WD, I would have rage quit by now. -4 first round and -9 second round for a missed cut at -13. I’m honestly impressed I got to -13 considering I was +3 through 8 after all that jittering lag on the first 6 or 7 holes. Shame too, cause it’s a beautiful course. Can’t win ‘em all!

Round 1: Started with a missed birdie of under 10 feet which seems to be a common theme for me on the first hole of every tournament. Could not get anything going as i either missed the green or missed a short birdie through the first 6 holes before holing out a 60 yard Eagle on 7. Missed another short birdie on 8 before making another Eagle on 9 and then 3 straight pars before another Eagle on 13 and I'm sitting at -6 through 13 with 3 Eagles and 0 Birdies...such a weird round. Managed to birdie 4 of the last 5 holes to get to -10.
Round 2: Started with another short birdie miss on 1 and struggled through another slow start. Managed 9 birdies and 1 bogey to finish at -8 to be -18 at the cut which i think should be good enough for the weekend. Feeling pretty good so i head to the next...
Round 3: Started with another short birdie miss on 1...i hate this hole because it's so easy yet i can't seem to make a putt. Another slow start but this time there was no major recovery...i just struggled through as i think this was by far the hardest pin places for me. There were 3-4 holes where the pin was back with severe slopes guarding it and i was off by inches on all of them and I didn't just get punished with a long putt every single one rolled completely off the green. I really like this course but there is nothing more frustrating than these type of pin locations. I had one on a par 3 that was tucked way back it hit on the slope took a nice bounce and i'm thinking it's clear and i'm gonna have a good birdie chance to have it roll completely off the green and was left with a 30 yard chip. That's fine with a pin up front and a false front but to have a back pin placement and have a good shot punished that severely about makes me want to rage quit. Finished -5 this round and gonna take a break before heading to round 4. That round was maddening.

Didn't even play poorly just couldn't make a putt it seemed. -9 round 4 for a -29 total, maybe 54th? Hopefully that does make the cut and I'll be down to 2 demotion marks from 4 a couple weeks ago.

I’m -17 through two with an 8 and a 9 under. Feel like it should make it to the weekend but we’ll see.
I’m going to agree with CoinHen. I love this course, I can still remember how much I enjoyed it the first time I experienced it...the general atmosphere that was created with the lighting/weather is top notch. However, the lag is heavy. In the end I know a lot of it kicks in after the shot, but it still seems to get in your head after a while and takes away a bit from the experience.
