Didn't the Pats and Bucs get 5 prime time games?

I am intrigued by many games this year. Lots of free agency movement and many games on the week 17 slate could be for division titles.
One of the cool things about the expanded playoff rules going in immediately, is that it makes week 17 games more relevant.
We all know that when it comes down to it, week 17 is the most boring of the regular season, because only a few teams actually are playing 100%
With only one team getting a bye now, and more teams getting in, I'm hoping we have more than a few games in week 17 that mean something.
Im a hawks fan down in AUS, can you explain what’s different next season?

Thanksgiving games look good. Well, except for the first one, but I never really pay attention to it, because thats when we are eating and napping.
Oh come on, pay attention to us....that might be the only time you get to see the Lions until the playoffs

The playoffs are changed slightly.
-Instead of 6 teams getting in per conference, now 7 teams per conference will get in.
So one more team, per conference will get in the playoffs. That should make a few more games relevant, with all those mediocre teams.
-Additionally, only the number 1 seed in each conference will now get a bye week, instead of the top two teams. Hopefully, this will increase the relevant games in week 17 at the top, as those top teams that rest players will be competing for that bye week.

huh.
I hope, hope, HOPE Levy, Orvlovsky and Riddick all three get it as a three man team. They would make a great team. I never was a fan of Tessitore and Booger.

Levy is great and Riddick and Orlovsky are both knowledgeable figures. This trio would be fantastic

I think Al Michaels and Peyton Manning would make for a great team in the booth, no need for a third person with those two. Get Pam Oliver on the field as the sideline reporter. But probably no chance of that happening since ESPN wants to stay in-house.

Listening to Al Michaels last year, he seems to be aging and every once in a while it shows in his thoughts and speech.

Just finished one of my rookie drafts for one of my dynasty teams.
Here is what I ended up with, if anyone is interested! My major need was WR obviously.

You should see my Madden Offline franchise squad. I'm a few years ahead now but there were draft classes available for 2020 and 2021. The Lombardi trophies are going to need their own warehouse soon. I have Jerry Jeudy and he will be a Hall of Famer by the time he is done. I also have Travis Etienne ripping consecutive 2,000 yd seasons. I've built a monster of a squad. Carson Wentz will never have it so good or so easy IRL so he may as well in my little video game fantasy world

DeAndre Baker and Quinton Dunbarr. wow.
what a weird thing.
if you don't know, they committed a premeditated armed robbery at some ritzy party or something this weekend.
Dunbarr's attorney is already saying he has signed affadavits that Dunbar actually didn't have anything to do with it. But its all real sketchy details at the moment.
But.... what kind of idiot would be a known player, and commit an armed robbery at a high scale party like this? It was not a spur of the moment thing, because they had a getaway car outside.

I saw this story and simply didn't understand it. Assuming the details are true, this is certainly not a robbery based on need. These guys are both on $10+ million contracts, and apparently what was stolen: "The two men allegedly stole more than $7,000 in cash and at least two watches valued at $18,000 and $25,000 each, police said."

Don't know specific details yet, however I'm guessing they did exactly what the report says they did. Can't see a false accusation thing coming out in this one but you never know. Assuming they did it, the thing to remember about professional athletes is that not all of them are the brightest bulbs. Some certainly are very smart but just like normal society, you have your good people who have their sh** figured out and you have the people who do things that just don't make any sense.. Baker's current contract: 4-years for 10.52 million Dunbar's current contract: 3-years for 10.50 million Much more than any of us (probably) will see in our entire lifetimes, yet for those who lack basic intelligence, rational thought, or any sort of impulsive restraint, none of that matters when an "opportunity" to fulfill one's wants arises. Doesn't make any sense to regular people like us, yet that's the reality of the mindset of many people... sad.

"One witness told cops they had met Baker and Dunbar at a party a few days earlier in Miami -- at which the NFL players had "lost" around $70,000.
Our sources tell us the men had "lost" the money in high-stakes card games and other forms of gambling.
Sounds like maybe they were set up in a sort of "rounders" type deal and wanted their money back? Who knows. Caught it up in somthing though. Not even remotely rational to think they wouldn't get caught.
