I am so stoked that the Cardinals landed Hopkins for so little. David Johnson looked slower than shite last year and Kenyon Drake was a real deal pickup mid-season last year. That defensive backfield still needs assistance, as well as the front four, but signing Buffalo's huge nose tackle Jordan Phillips helps clog the running game. The Cards are still 2-3 pieces from a playoff contender, but steps are being made in the correct direction. @chrashbird SweetTeeBag since you guys affiliate with Buffalo, are the cards getting as good of a player as I think he is, the peripherals are there in my opinion, but I am not too familiar with him? The Cardinals @!$#ed the Texans so hard with that trade. I mean Jesus.

Best tweet I've seen: "O'Brian finally handing down the punishment to Houston MLB wouldn't give them!"

Let's not forget about Stefon Diggs just traded to the Bills! So we still don't have a WR over 6 feet for Allens overthrown passes? Probably would have prefered a big receiving TE as a check down over the middle. You want Rudolph too? haha

Have to add that my Cardinals are now a playoff contender! Besides getting a top10 receiver for Kyler, the 8th pick in the draft will now either be a stud Defender or elite OL player. Our offense is now legit, and need to focus on D side of the ball. NFC West will be a battleground in 2020!

And thanks to the Texans for being the boneheads in this deal!

The best move by any team as of right now is Carolina replacing Cam Newton with Teddy Bridgewater. Agreed, Newton is washed up, and people don't realize how well Bridgewater performed last year in Brees' absence. He's a straight baller Teddy will always be one of my favorites and I hope he shines wherever he goes. Brought much needed consistent solid QB play to Minnesota after the Ponder disaster, albeit in a more supportive role to a still high-level Adrian Peterson. He was the future here until that horrible preseason injury and then the sudden emergence of Bradford followed by Keenum and the Cousins signing (which I still support)... Unfortunately he was almost forgotten and could have easily wasted away into obscurity behind Brees. But good things happen to good people and he got his shot at redemption. Definitely the makings for a huge comeback story. Plus a Bridgewater-McCaffrey combo would be awesome. Teddy is really good at finding short routes in space and McCaffrey is the guy you want on the receiving end of that.

I've always liked Teddy and hoped he would get another shot. A lot around here seem to think we are tanking for Trevor. But I'm happy with Teddy and I hope he does well.

As for ol' Tom Turkey, I've never thought of him as the GOAT. Want me to respect you Tom? Lets see you now do what Peyton did. Win a SB with a different team and different coaching staff.

I am by no means a Pats fan but Brady is the undeniable GOAT. Brady 6 rings, Montana 4, Peyton Manning 2. Lets number crunch now Brady Regular season: record 219-64, 63.8 completion%, 74571 passing yards, 541 TD's, 179 INT's (3.02 TD's to INT's) Montana Regular season: record 117-47-0, 63.2 completion%, 40551 passing yards, 273 TD's, 139 INT's (1.96 TD's to INT's) P Manning Regular season: Record 186-79, 65.3 completion%, 71940 passing yards, 539, TD's, 251 INT's (2.15 TD's to INT's) Brady Postseason: record 30-11, winning% 73.1, 63 completion%, 11388 passing yards, 73 TD's, 35 INTs (2.1 TD to INT) Montana Postseason: record 16-7, winning% 69.5, 62.7 completion%, 5772 passing yards, 45 TD's, 21 INTs (2.1 TD to INT) P Manning Postseason: record 14-13, winning% 51.8, 63.2 completion%, 7339 passing yards, 40 TD's, 25 INTs. (1.6 TD to INT) So whether the barometer is rings or stats (stats being my preferred barometer considering in the NBA Bob Horry has like 8 rings) Brady outtrumps Montana and Manning in both regular and post season

Might I remind you as well that when PM went to Denver, that Denver defense was an all-time great D? Peyton Manning was atrocious in those playoffs that year. Von Miller and Demarcus Ware were responsible for that Super Bowl. We are talking about a 55% completion percentage averaging 170 yards a game passing, primarily passing and had basically a noodle arm.

Sorry, but my personal opinion is that those rings and stats were a product of the entire team effort, not Tom being some superhuman being. Do I think Tom is good/above average? No question, of course I do!! But to say he is the greatest of all time? I'm not in that camp. Tom is not some super human being that elevated New England to greatness. Tom was elevated to greatness by great teammates and a great coaching staff.
Those stats and rings are all great but there were other players catching those balls, and coaching that put those plays in, not just Tom by himself.
Manning may not have won the ring, but he went to the super bowl under four different coaches and staffs. Brady has been with one. All I'm saying is I want to see what he can do away from Belichek and company before I anoint him anything.

He didn't always have a great supporting cast at WR yet still won titles. The WRs were good for the most part and he had Moss for a only a couple of seasons late in Moss's career. Other WRs, Troy Brown, Deion Branch, David Givens, Wes Welker, Edelman, an oft-injured Gronk. Montana had Rice and John Taylor along with Roger Craig at RB who was a great receiver and rusher. Peyton had Marvin Harrison and Reggie Wayne along with Marshall Faulk and Edgerin James at RB who were both in Roger Craig's box. I'd definitely argue (successfully ) that Tom did more with less. Credit to the brainiac that is Bill Belichick too. The absence of Brady will be more of a test of his abilities than Tom's. Was it the system or was it Tom? Or both?

Every SB ring is a team effort.
