Not as fancy as that Joburg Open 4-pin setup, but we have a higher purse!

Welp I was feeling pretty good after my first round in a PGA event. Started off hole one with a bogey but went bogey free the rest of the round and finished at 3 under.
2nd round was not good. Finished +3, and had a 35 foot fringe putt for birdie end up on the lip to keep me at even for the tournament. Not making any cuts here, but it was fun.

Battled to 15 under after 2 rounds. If I end up cut from this one, I give up. I think this could be one of the lower cut lines though.

Finally a course that was a beast, but I'm curious if it's a beast or it was just a bad week to give up speed.

Haven't played it yet but these pin locations with the green speed I believe are BRUTAL. I expect this one to be the lowest winning score.

I'm very pleased with a bogeyfree two-rounder of 64-64 (-16). Great course, you really have to think about your approach shots with those fast sloping greens.

Putted out of my ass in rounds 1, 3, and especially 4. Missed a few opportunities in round 2, but shot 61, 64, 61, 61 (-41 total). By far exceeded my practice rounds and expectations. It's nice when everything just clicks...especially when it happens when it counts

I'm using my sponsor exemption to play this event, which will only be my third event ever on TGC Tours. It'll be awesome if I make the cut, but if not, it'll be fun playing against the big guns this week! Either way, it should be a great experience

Played round 1 today in 8-14mph winds. Holed out on 3 to move to -4 and then the real winds hit and I struggled to a -7 (65). Waiting to play round two. Good luck everybody and @psu-Cappy that is a very nice score on this course. It plays a lot harder than the other tournaments so far imo.

Thanks - yes, I was shooting 64-67 in my practice rounds and all of a sudden putts started dropping today. No matter where you hit, you will have a little break in the putts which makes it hit or miss

Shot -10 in the second round in slightly weaker winds. Tied for the PC lead after two rounds at -17. I'm sure it wont hold.

I wasn't looking forward to playing this course. Boring with tough greens. Practice rounds weren't good. Tournament rounds very good 59, 59, 61, 60 49 under The back 9 was good to me Shot 7 under 3 times & final round shot 8 under. I don't think i miss a fairway & only had 1 bogey. Overall very happy with my performance today.
