Bezos pays less tax than the poorest section of American society. Angry and brainwashed internet man hates the poor people and tells us to stop moaning about bezos.
Also has told us he looks forward to the opportunity to kill someone. Demonstrates a complete lack of understanding of what communism is, how an economy works, as well as pretty much any other world affairs.
Expects to be taken seriously...

The percentage of wages that go on rent/mortgage (plus deposit) payments has gone up MASSIVELY in the last 20 years.
The older generation can crow all they want about how hard they've worked and what they've got, but the fact is they had it easy compared to the vast majority of people now. Their achievements aren't that great, everybody did it. It's much harder now...

It's starting to get entertaining around here now... never a good idea to use "sounds like..." as your basis for how you approach interacting with people. The facts speak for themselves in this thread.
Google, taking the time to get even a summary of the facts, and coming to even a rudimentary understanding of the issues and the ramifications of capital flight, money laundering, and tax evasion before posting makes for intelligent commentary.
Reactionary blabbering about "communists" and "handouts"?? Ehhh... not so much.

It's both comical and scary at the same time. At least Joe admits he's a commie.

We're not asking for the end of capitalism, we're asking for the balance that used to be there, to be restored. The point ========> . Roycelle's head ===>

"It's both comical and scary at the same time."
Facts, please.... Oh, and let's continue to use our "inside voice", shall we?

Facts, please.... Oh, and let's continue to use our "inside voice", shall we? Facts, what kind of "facts" do you want exactly, it's common sense.
Here's what a "city gone to hell..." really looks like, come visit Detroit sometime, real estate is affordable though lol. You can't have your cake and eat it to.

Here's a fact. The link between hard work... and fair pay for it... was firmly broken in the late eighties. This is for the US, but that same trend fits across most western capitalist-centric democracies... the socialist ones like Norway, Sweden etc. won't put up with this level of unfair nonsense.

If this thread is debate then testicular torsion is a party trick.

If this thread is debate then testicular torsion is a party trick. I had considered putting it in quotes... don't know why I elected not to use them.

I'd just like to point out that the chart ends at 2014. TGCTours began in December 2014...pretty sure that productivity line took a nose-dive thereafter. But to be more serious, we don't need two threads of political drivel. This one's going to have a short lifespan.

Two differences between Detroit and Vancouver:
1) Detroit has a hockey team worth watching. 2) Many people would like to continue living in Vancouver.

Political drivel wasn't my intent at the outset... situation's so off the charts here that I thought I'd vent and share. Someone latched onto it, and well... there went the neighbourhood, so to speak. Feel free to lock any time now.
