I've had long bouts with dipping tobacco. Got introduced playing college ball where tins get passed around as much as baseballs. Was chewing heavily for 2 years before my first quit. Was off it for almost 1 year, then back on for 1.5 years, then off for 8 months. Now I've been back on it for 3 months.
"Quitting" is not that hard. It's the staying quit that is trouble. So readily available and easy to hide.

So readily available and easy to hide. Eww, that chew is nasty sht man. Hope you can quit it for good before you get one of those mouth or dental diseases associated with it.

I used to have a friend who swallowed his dip juice. So @!$#ing gross.
