The simple truth is this will continue to be an issue until HB does something to address it. There is absolutely no way to police this currently. So we all have a simple choice: 1. Deal with it and move on, playing our games as we do and when we can. 2. Decide to do it ourselves and have our scores go down. 3. Continue to whine about it. I want some cheese and what's behind door number 3 There is an option 4 .... go to a handicap system so wind-waiting really wouldn't matter as much, but that won't ever happen, so I didn't list it. I suppose option 5 is to create an intermediate tour between the champion's tour and PGA, but once again, won't happen. Option 6 is to close up shop so the whining will stop... (see previous)

This is gonna be my worst finish yet.. I hate the links courses.. lol.. After playing all 4 rounds in 10-17mph winds, and one hole with a 3mph (Don't know how that one sneaked in there), wind waiting doesn't seem like such a bad idea. So after 6 bogeys, 1 double bogey and numerous lip-outs, I managed a respectable -47. Hopefully good enough for top 30.
Taste and Steve.. Your rounds were brilliant!

Great scoring considering the bogeys and you still beat me dammit! Just joking, good recovery.

I found this course quite difficult. Approaches are super tough in the wind, and making 20ft putts on these greens is not easy. Apart from the elite players, I've got a feeling this course is going to own a few guys. I'm praying our scores are good enough for a decent finish

Only problem I had was my first round with so many under 100%. It is certainly a tough course to putt on.

59 (-13) for my first PGA round ever. Quickly followed up with my most disappointing score ever on a round, 72 (E). How does that even happen?

definately one of the harder courses IMO - The wind is brutal, i havent seen it calm down, even when i had single digits it only lasted a few holes and it whipped up again. ive seen it as high as 18 and dropped to 6 in a single round, then the following round it went back up to 16s again. this is how it should be, not static sitting with a range of a few mph, we should see a wind range of atleast 15mph from hole 1 to 18. was a good challenge

-24 after 2 rounds, gonna lay off until around thursday and friday to play the next two. I can shoot -16 to -18 on this course just gonna study it a lil more. If I can fire a great number in round 3 I think I can chase down that -54. I missed 4 putts inside 15 ft in my last round.

OK I GIVE UP! Been trying to avoid scores for all events, but these threads are where all the posts go! And I wanna be involved!
Bang average first round of -12 in 5-14mph winds!
Pitched in for Eagle on Par 4 16th for highlight. 1 Eagle, 10 Birdies, 7 Pars

So I was feeling charitable this week. I decided to give up my spot in the weekend to someone else.
Started with a 10 under in the 1st round and followed it up with a brutal 6 under, given my practice rounds were all much better than that in higher winds.
Don't think -16 will cut it this week.
Definite highlight was holing a bunker shot with a bad side lie from 120 yds on the third in Rd 1.
It was all downhill from there.

I can't use my PGA exemption until next week and I have already played the Web.com tournament this week SO I decided to play in this tournament just for fun. Ended up shooting 61 - 61 - 63 - 65 = -38
Looking forward to competing for real next week with everyone!

This is my second tournament i have entered. My first round had far too many missed putts, shot a -10. Second round, had a horrendous front nine, only -3 putting me in danger for the cut, but managed to birdie every hole on the back 9 to leave me at -22 for the tournament after 2 rounds. Hoping thats plenty to make the cut.

Pitched in for Eagle on Par 4 16th for highlight. 1 Eagle, 10 Birdies, 7 Pars I normally pick a -10 or -11 round to play against in my rounds, but I think I want to step it up and go for a -12, so you will be my opponent in round 1. Honestly, I'm not sure if I can do better than -10 on this course, and I'm not a wind waiter so a bad draw might be the end of me. Round 1 is tonight and will be up on Twitch.
