Hello everybody, I'm playing on an exemption this week. Practiced the heck out of this course hoping to make the cut. Played really well for myself the first two rounds, making about 5-6 shots that I just wanted to get close. The last two rounds were about what I expected to shoot. The winds were ok throughout, (not great, but not bad) averaging about 8-12 with some gusts above 15 and some lulls below 5.
R1: 61 (-11) R2: 60 (-12) R3: 65 (-7) R4: 64 (-8) Tot: 250 (-38)

I never accused you of wind waiting. If anything the exact opposite since you were done so fast. I was stating that I'm going to next week because I can't play in the winds that high and stay competitive. Idk why you thought I was accusing you guys of doing it. I meant that if you could play in thoes winds and shoot what you did then that's amazing, more power to you. I just can't. Also I had to aim forty yards right twice on hole 18 partly because of sideways lie but mainly because of 17mph direct cross wind. Which is why I said I was not clear, "Unfortunately you guys can add me to the wind wait list next week" got me confused. I'm glad we cleared that up thank you for taking the time to do so.
I know of no way to prove other than just get out as soon as possible all 4 rounds, which I'm glad I did it that way this week especially now. I use draw and fade to combat side winds, you should consider that as well. If you are not done, I invite everyone to follow my ghost turn based, you will see clearly I was not exactly stiffing many pins and was hitting from rough and bunkers likely more than most people do, and should have the long putter trophy locked up. LOL
I don't wind wait, and I'm the opposite of straight, well straight as far as,,,, there's nothing wrong with that anyway, but I'm talking golf here not coming out of the closet.

Yes I am glad that we cleared that up aswell . In reality I like to play 100% from feel like I do with my putting but going forward I'm really going to need to consider using shot shape to fight the wind as that seems like a more viable option when looking to win events.

Well, 2 of the worst rounds of the Season. Have not missed a cut all year and have not been outside the Top 25 at any Tourney. I am going to keep an eye out as I am surely on the bubble with a -15 through 2 rounds. Let the fun begin!

I'm amazed at anyone that can score good on this course. For some reason I can't make any putts at all here.

Well, I was sitting at -34 after three rounds, and was doing it for the most part in 10-15mph winds... Missed a few putts here or there, but was happy because I was hitting the ball the best I ever have. Got to the Sunday round, and the wind started at 15mph. Okay, not bad. Lipped out birdies on 1 and 2. Ladies and gentlemen. If you lip out birdies on 1 and 2 to start a Sunday round.... this is an omen. It will NOT get better.
Suddenly the winds were 26mph, and holy man... I saw some place that this course didn't even know it had. There was a green that I airmailed so badly I needed to hit a full lobwedge to get back on the surface.
Ended up rallying and posting a -4, to finish the tournament at -38.

Well I will be damned..... I had this thing from "Hello" My first round, I bested my best round on this course by an entire 4 strokes but things got frisky fast......round two, i had way too much confidence, because in round 1 i just could not miss anything while putting, and that did not carry over into round two. Round two started out with 5 strait pars, all 2 putts.....need I say more. I did however tear up the back 9 again going -7 on the back 9, to at least get it back to double digit under par at -10 Round three,...not quite like round 2, but the front 9 was still lag luster with -4 through 9, like the previous 2 rounds, yet again, ate the back 9 alive and posted -8 on those 9 holes to finish @ -12 for the round Round four, I knew I had to do better than rounds 2 and 3, so I slowed the pace down a tad, took a few deep breaths, and came back strong posting a -8 through the first 9, and then proceeded to pound the back nine in the rear yet again, it was swollen when I got done with it, -7 on the back 9 to finish the round at -15. The most remarkable thing about this week, ZERO EAGLES, zero bogeys, 18 pars (13 of those 18 came on the front 9), and 54 birdies. Well done for steve and his consistancy, but that man plays at the pace of a snail! we started at roughly the same time, just a few minutes apart, I was midway round 3 by the time he holed the 18th hole in round 1. lol. congrats steve2snail! your consistent play outpaced my vastly inconsistent play.

Great to be playing my first PGA tour event this week, crossing over from the Euro tour. Played my first two rounds and shot 60 and 59. Very pleased with those two rounds, wish I could have carried on, but did not have the time. Will finish off later in the week when I have some time off work. Good luck to everyone out there this week.

Cruising along, 7 under (good for me) heading to 16. I have laid up short of the water in all dozen practice rounds, made birdie most of the time... easy wedge in... Got what looks like a favorable wind, and decide I should hit it up that narrow on the left... First clunk swink of the day, in the lake... get so frustrated I make double... long story short I turned a 2nd round that would have been good for the cut into a missed weekend... poor decision making...

Mr. Playtime on XB1 has shot -55 with a Round 3 score of 53 How are people doing it! I find it funny how it never happens in a normal round but when you get to a tourney it does. Great shooting though by him!

Great shooting though by him! Yeah, I just played my 3rd round and am -25. My -15 after 2 rounds is worst on ps4 and even after my -10 I just had it is last still. I'm in big trouble.

I thought i was out of the tourney when i shot a -8 to start but a decent -11 had me at -19 after two. -15 in the last round helped a lot but would of been even better if i didn't have power issues in my first round. Finished -44 by the way if you didn't see my original post.
