What is the patch allegedly suppose to fix in the game and societies?

Ah yes, what fond memories Q school brings back. Too bad we can't have 1 round on 6 courses again. Unfortunately Ship Golf 3 will not be ready in time to host. I propose porting over the following TGC1 classics that will not lead to any complaints: Harbour Pointe The Legacy at Cape Point That should sort the elite out from the rest

If someone was to play any other clubs than master clubs in Q-school, regardless of your finish in Q-school, the best you could do would be CC-A? I have been grinding on master clubs so it won't affect me, but it will some players, I am sure. Am I correct in my assumption?
Sorry if I missed this.

What is the patch allegedly suppose to fix in the game and societies? There is a bug that, if you press "Continue" from a society round, the next round begins with the same course setup from the previous round. But if you back out of the event to the Society page and then resume the event, the correct conditions are applied.
This leads to players having different winds for their rounds. If someone had 0-4 MPH wind in R1, they could "continue" and have 0-4 MPH winds in R2 while other players might have to contend with a hurricane.

Just making sure I read this correctly. I DO have to play the Q school rounds to be properly placed, yes. I like it. Someone please confirm. Thanks.

Top 150 Master Clubs users will be PGA, next 150 Master club users Euro, then third 150 Master club users are Web.
After that, the top 150 remaining among all club users are CC-A, then on down the line among the rest to fill out to CC-Z I assume.

Me too. Love ALL the changes. I'm a PC user who is suffering from tempo issues with Master clubs, but can play them. Was going to give them up but will use them from here on in. May be a rough ride for me for a while but I will adapt. Doing Q school over again is awesome, can't wait for that alone. If only just to see where I wind up..
Want to get this show on the road. Skeptical the patch is out in the near future though. The cone of silence from HB doesn't give me confidence of the patch by October 1'st...of this year.

I like the changes and willingness to adapt here at TGCT. Everyone to Q-school makes a lot of sense and I wish that had happened for TGC2 (but understand why it didn't).
Personally, was hoping the Masters clubs were only on PGA tour. I can't hit the ocean with them from the beach, so slow and painful fall from top 100 WGR is coming. I don't want to lose interest, but it is difficult to really suck at something and continue to persevere, especially if there was any form of success with the previous games. Maybe something will 'click' for me, but I am not hopeful after weeks with the game already. I finally decided a few days ago to just not use Master clubs any more and did decent in the latest exhibition.
Not sure if I'm hoping to be top 450 or would rather just go to the C-level group from the start.

Like the changes guys. Wont be able to make everyone happy, that’s a given. But as this is still free, there is no requirement to play. But this community continues to grow, which says a lot.
