I love love love Celtic!! Heck my user name is because of Celtic! No better place than Celtic Park.
But I’m also from Winnipeg and the Jets rule!! MTS Centre is our Celtic Park! It’s loud and insane in the building most nights .

I was born in Chicago and I'm a die-hard fan for everything Chicago except the White Sox. Northsiders all the way!
My favorite team sport is hockey. I root for the original six, but the Blackhawks are my guys. Watching the Cubs win a world series was very special. My father went to game 7 in 1945 (he was 7)which was the last time the Cubs even played in the WS. I'm beyond happy that they got back there and won in his lifetime.
The sports scene in Chicago has lots of ups and downs (more downs than ups), but right now, things are great. The Cubs are good, the Bears are getting good, the Blackhawks are still good, and the Bulls, well the Bulls are fine (I don't much follow or care about the NBA).

I'm a baseball fan and am a card carrying member of the evil empire (the New York Yankees). I totally get all the vitriol for the Yankees, but I'm a third generation fan. My grandfather would go to watch the great teams of the 1920s (Ruth, Gehrig, etc.) and my father the great teams of the 50s and 60s (DiMaggio, Mantle). My father was at the game when Roger Maris belted his 61st home run (best non-steroid-aided total in history!).
I make up for it by rooting for arguably the most hapless NFL team ever, the Buffalo Bills. I also root hard for Rangers in hockey (don't get to watch too many of their games outside the playoffs). Absolutely loathe the Flyers, which can get interesting since I live not too far from Philly.

Will watch most sports majors - football, golf, cricket, tennis, F1. Currently loving Grand Tour cycling... possibly for obvious reasons. Used to be really fanatical about most US sports when I was a kid - but the adverts killed me off & I stopped watching those in the late 90's.
Been a football fan since a very young lad when I used to watch Alan Ball's blue army stroll into battle like gods. Also seen them win an FA Cup, when we had Harry The Bastard as manager. @!$# that man. His dubious methods did win us a cup tho. But shortly after saw us completely implode financially - from which, we're still recovering. We're on fire with Kenny Jacket this year tho... maybe looking forward to a trip across to Ashton Gate next year Jamie...
Visited quite a number of famous sporting mecca's around the world across a range of sports. I've taken my wife to two football games; Pompey v Millwall at Fratton Park... and Barcelona v Athletico Madrid in the Nou Camp... same sport - 2 very different experiences!

Major Sports and Cricket. Does those two really go together? I mean. Isn't that a "smaller" sport than hockey?

Major Sports and Cricket. Does those two really go together? I mean. Isn't that a "smaller" sport than hockey? 2nd most popular sport in the world... watched "only" by 2.5billion people. To be fair most of them are Indian's... America can peddle their "World Series" and the like - truth is they are not major worldwide sports - more local interest

Went to a Yankees game a couple of years ago, bases loaded home run was scored - the excitement peaked to about the level of Somerset v Hampshire cricket match on a rainy April morning.
