I will happily watch most sports but I have 4 I watch as much as I possibly can of. Probably in order, football, NFL, golf and cricket. I don't have a club side with cricket really, (maybe affiliate myself with Somerset if anybody) I just watch England, and obviously that's N/A with golf.
So basically I support 2 teams and have done through thick and thin since the early 80's. I think you can tell who my football team is! Been going since 1984 when we were in the old 4th division, missed out on the glory years of the old 1st division in the late 70's. Had some good times and some miserable ones, wouldn't change a thing! Going to the Blackburn game on Sunday, 46 years old and I still get excited!
But even before that, I lived in the States as a kid from 80-83 and enjoyed all your sports, but especially American Football. I remember sitting there as an 8 year old one Sunday afternoon watching the Miami Dolphins beat the then St Louis Cardinals 20-7 in St Louis, Don Strock and the Killer Bee Defense and all, and a love affair was born! Luckily when we got back in 83 was when it started on telly over here, been some good times and some miserable ones, and I wouldn't change a thing! Great we get games in London to go to now, I've been a regular!
By the way FRSTDWN, my first Superbowl was that famous upset when Jim Plunkett and the Raiders beat the hot favourite Eagles, I always loved a good underdog! I can still picture that 80yd screen pass!
So yeah, Bristol City and the Miami Dolphins. I didn't say I choose wisely...... You watch 80yard 'passes' every week in the kick and rush championship

In the last 3 years or so golf has evolved into the #1 sport I follow. I spend more time watching/following golf tournaments than any other sport... but I wasn't always a big golf fan...
College basketball is my #2... Michigan State Spartans are my team! College football is also up there... also Michigan State! I don't watch many games but I follow the MLB... Boston Red Sox have always been my team.
Since I live near Detroit, 10 minute drive from Comerica Park, Ford Field and Little Caesars Arena... I have also become somewhat of a forced fan of the Lions (NFL) Tigers (MLB) Red Wings (NHL) and Pistons (NBA).
When it comes to American football I follow college way more than NFL... however I am a huge fantasy football nerd and have been since I was in middle school. I'm currently in multiple complex dynasty leagues with my friends and I always stay current on NFL player news.
I don't watch much soccer ("football") other than when my friend who is a die hard Liverpool fan comes over to my house and watches EPL games... however soccer was my first love as a playing sport. I played year-round most of my life and was pretty good at it (not trying to sound cocky about it) I had scholarship offers to play in college at DIII and DII levels and a few DI programs try to recruit me. I decided not to play in college to focus on academics but still played on a few club teams and won some on-campus intramural championships!
Sports I played competitively: American Football (in high school) - Wide Receiver, Kick Returner, Punter Baseball (Age 6 - high school) - Center Fielder, Pitcher (mainly) Soccer (Age 5 - college) - Striker, Midfielder Basketball (Age 6 - high school) - Forward, Guard
Sports I've played but not competitive level: Hockey, Tennis
Sports I play currently: Slow pitch Softball, Men's League Basketball, Golf, Bowling

So you don't follow any sport then.... lmao Soccer isn't a sport, it's a bunch of actors trying to win the best dive competition! I've only just started watching NFL, so I will reserve my normal, I hate it, too much stopping and starting routine for later lol.

I am an avid sports fan but for some reason, I support teams from different regions. In order of favorite sports: NFL: Cardinals, Steelers (Seems like half of the TGC community are Eagles fans so I feel a bit excluded being a Pittsburgh fan lol. CFB: University of Miami jacobkesslerMLB: Boston Red Sox NBA: Portland Trail Blazers College Basketball: University of Miami

Yeah football (soccer) is getting softer these days, but when you see nights like this it's a great feeling.

Never have I seen a club and a player have such mutual admiration for each other as the one between Celtic and Henrik Larsson. You just don't see that today anywhere. I'm not a Celtic supporter but watching Celtic games gave me chills at times

Never have I seen a club and a player have such mutual admiration for each other as the one between Celtic and Henrik Larsson. You just don't see that today anywhere. I'm not a Celtic supporter but watching Celtic games gave me chills at times I think Henrik was grateful to Celtic for taking him from Feyernoord where he was getting wasted as a winger. Then the support he received when he broke his leg and just the general love from the fans. Celtic fans will always love Henrik for being such a great player and a total professional. I think that he stayed with the club for so long when he could've moved elsewhere and earn a lot more money made him even more of a hero. I think the fact that he was voted into Celtic's all time best 11 is testament to that. I don't think you'd find a Celtic fan who has a bad word to say about him. The Celtic home matches in the Champions League have such an electric atmosphere, I've been to games against Barcelona, Man City, Gladbach and Malmo and it was brilliant regardless of the score. It's good as a fan to hear top players talk positively about those nights.
