kvand - nope, you could in TGC1, but for some reason in TGC2 they took out the playtesting with wind. That decision made no sense to me. The ole “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”

I've only taken a quick glance, but one thing that stuck out to me is waypoints. I would try me best to not have the waypoints right next to a hazard or directly over a hazard unless the hole absolutely calls for it. Put your waypoints in a generally safe landing spot, then let the player decide what angle they want to take or how much to bite off. I know that sounds like a very tick-tack kinda thing, but it's something the better designers do quite well, and it saves you complaints from those that don't look at the shot before blasting away with a driver.

Very good. I will keep that in mind when designing these holes. Can they be changed at any point? I only ask because there are times when I am not happy with tee locations and end up moving tee boxes around and that is the result. Thank you for taking a look and providing me with some feedback!!

If you want to take pics with no red lines or hole numbers click on the publish and when it wants you to take the picture, take the screenshot then.
Nice looking course mate.

You can move waypoints. You first have to have it sitting on a brush of fairway, then zoom out (quite a ways) until it "highlights" the waypoint. You can then go in and press "move" and place it where you want to. It may take you a few tries and some practice to get it down pat, but they can be adjusted.

I like the central fairway bunker on #5 there. It looks like the pin position will dictate whether to go left or right. You might try moving the tee back a bit since it looks like if I'm playing tour clubs I can blow a driver over the bunker unless it's into the wind. It'll also make the second shot a bit longer, which makes approaching from the right angle even more important. That's just a suggestion--only incorporate it if you think it makes the hole better. Very nice work so far! So, I did in fact change the bunker on this hole. I think this one looks a better and flows with the shapes of fairway. I made the left side a touch narrower as well. I took Griff's advice and moved the waypoint as well to the right side.

Here's a look at hole 6. Haven't finished any bunkers or plantings. I am also thinking about moving the creek a little farther from the fairway.

It's looking really nice man, I like the changes on #5. I'd suggest, and this is only a personal preference, removing the autogenerated rocks, to my eye they look absolutely unnatural, and I prefer to place them manually. But I insist, that's only my preference

But I insist, that's only my preference thank you!! Oh, those rocks won't make the final cut. I just haven't started the final planting on the one yet. I worked on getting a little more space between the fairway and creek last night on 6. I didnt think it was fair to have it as close as it was.

A few more progress shots. I'll have some more later tonight. Looking to finish up the front 9 and publish as a 9 hole this weekend. Based on feedback (good, bad or ugly) I have some of the holes for the back nine on the ready. Oh...still need a name as well. From The Tee at 6 Approach on 6...The bunker is in play off the tee. However, if you catch the slope it will bring you down for a relatively easy approach. From the Tee at 7 Green at 7 #8...use a 3 or 5 wood from tee. Best to hit 3 wood with a draw around the corner to a fairly generous landing area. Although, too long will put you in the creek that separates the fairway. Miss hit the draw and the bunker straight ahead is waiting for you.
