I have to push the boundaries with some questions as I see they can become an issue with 1000s of members. Regarding the auto-registering and automatically pulling of scores... What is the policy for users with the game on multiple systems? Will it pull results from the first played? Will there be a DQ issued if they play it on more than one system for the week? Auto-Registration will be based on the system you last played on. I'll have to check with Tim to see what the priority is if one user uses multiple systems. This will obviously be a work in progress as it's pretty complicated to code for all cases right out of the gate - patience will be needed and we'll do our best to work out the bumps as quick as possible.

I'm guessing there's not going to be a policy for wind waiting, pretty much have to suck it up until/if it gets fixed? no wind waiting policy - just hope for a fix sooner than later

Thanks for the response. Am looking into getting the game on a second system. Just wanting to know what the guidelines are and I also added in the 'boundaries' option. Will there be a possible option for pre-registration to get past this issue for those with multiple sytem they own the game on? i.e. registering before the 'going live' time deadline that we had previously for PGA/Euro crossovers in TGC1? Obviously the above is a Tim question. Just expanding on it for the sake of discussion.

Can't wait to watch the 30 for 30 documentary about how the admins arrived at the Tour mode only decision for PGA/Euro.

I signed up a few days ago for the exhibition event on here, but have since changed my Steam Profile ID - everything should be fine yeah?

Thanks for the information.
Just curious, is the number of people that currently hold PGA/Euro cards, who are using Player/Standard clubs for practice society events significant in any way? Not trying to start a debate or name anyone. Wondering if it is a few, 50+, 100+, or if you'd rather not say for some reason.

Doyley... i play with players clubs, always have, i play for fun and the game for me with tour clubs is just not enjoyable however i fully understand your decision for tour clubs only on PGA/Euro....my question is what happens if i take the demotion to WEB so i can continue to enjoy the game with players clubs and i start to dominate that tour (I WONT, but for argument sake) i will start getting called a sandbagger and assume you will enforce promotion back up to PGA/Euro anyway ??

Exemptions are mandatory now - so if you start dominating you will move up - if you can't make the cut on tour clubs you'll move back down. Short of making all the tours Tour Clubs (or Player Clubs) there will be a tour that has this issue - it's currently the Web.com Tour. I think it's better suited to handle it than the CC-A flight.

Fair enough, so basically i have to learn how to use tour clubs otherwise i will yoyo, so for me the game will no longer be 100 percent enjoyable depending on which tour i am currently playing and with what clubs......i do not even believe players using tour clubs are worried about competing against players clubs, but if that is the overall decision

A solution to Vicki's problem could be to not force people to move up from web, and have them excluded from the results for exemption purposes.
Eg - if the first 15 in Web have all stated they don't want to move, the next 15 (or however many) get the exemption. I'm not sure about others but getting to the big tour was more important to me than hanging around in web to get a W.

I think everyone should know wich clubs they play on PGA/EURO. Players who can handle tourclubs have an advantage anyway with distance, compared to those who cant. Weird decision.

Everything you just said requires quite a bit of coding - we did think of it but passed due to how long we were already waiting. Might be something we can look into down the road.

I don't understand the coding stuff, so forgive my ignorance. It wouldn't be a huge number of players, would a manual override of some type be possible short term?
