Does anyone know what clubs oswinner is using? I haven't seen any mention of it. I'm not 100% sure but I believe I read somewhere that he wants everyone to be using Tour clubs. What a f'ing elitist that guy is.

I switched just today from player to tour, and you have to admit the distance they give is quite an advantage. You can drive like 30% more par 5s, they turn longer par 4s into birdie opportunities. Its a pretty dramatic difference. So its a fair choice, have the extra distance and put more shots at a risk, or play it safe and be back 20-40 yards.

I could be wrong, but I don't think this one ever got locked. Just everyone realised there were better things to do with their lives when they saw the number 69...

70 pages and I could witness that?
That's just too much for me, I'm out.

Hey oswinner, you should have said you were in Bristol today, we could have had a pint and discussed club sets (seriously, saw this today and instantly thought of you and gavlaar124 )

We should turn this thread into a "which game debate?" thread and go back to TGC1Tours

We should turn this thread into a "which game debate?" thread and go back to TGC1Tours No thanks, tgc1 had some fantastic courses but it's terrible swing mechanics meant you straight shot your way around them. Seemed pointless to have hazards in them. Would rather a buggy tgc2 any day. If golf's long game is about maths and nothing else I suppose tgc1 was a great golf game. Just can't see the love for that game, played much better golf games through the years, the only thing great about it was the putting and superbly designed courses by the community
