A question if I may. I have one from round 3, do I wait until round 3 scores post before I add it to the scorecard. Edit. Nevermind. I wound up adding it a few hours ago. Hope you link that to your scorecard!

I'm looking at the early scores for this course and I'm just stunned. Nothing worse than 3 under?
Question, if I don't submit my scores for this tournament do I avoid a demotion strike? I mean there's really no point as I'm going to finish dead last.
Just want to know how the rules work as I didn't withdraw and it seems now I don't have that option.

You could always withdraw if it'll let you.

I finished nearly dead last in last weeks tournament. I always will submit no matter how I do,learn from it and move on.
I think you would get a dq strike if you dont submit so as far as i understand it you have nothing to lose.
Also bear in mind I think the Thursday setup is the easiest and had low winds. As the rounds progress i dont think you will see too low of scores.

Out in 36, home in 28 - that was an extremely satisfying back nine charge! The course is so perfectly set up, if you hit the spots and make a few putts you can score well, if you miss it'll cost you, but if you keep battling you're never out of it. Good luck everyone! I'm going to have a well earned cup of tea and a bacon roll in the clubhouse

No way do I finish better than last on this one with the scores that are coming in. I honestly don't know how these guys did so well on this course. I practiced it all week and could never do better than 14 under for 4 rounds. As I never do near that when it counts 4 under is about as good as I was going to do on this one. Oh well, hopefully Red Rock will keep me from going back down to D Class. This is all just very discouraging after working so hard to get here.

That means if you don't post scores you'll be DQ'd - and after 2 DQ's you'll be forced out for 3 or so weeks if I remember correctly. If I may add - refuse to post scores is not a good sportsmanship behavior, which I'm sure is far from who you are Anyways this is one of the toughest courses in the game; needs complete mastering of all the aspects of the game to score decently, and also good course management (i.e. knowing where to aim short/long or attack the flag) and even a bit of luck. I doubt your 4 under will be dead last...strike? probably. Surely not last

Pardon the quote train. Im on my phone and its hard to edit it all out. I get you about being discouraged. My exemption in web and i blew it. The next tournament last week and I blew it and finished in the 100's. Though i didnt expect to be so far down. All I can do is use those two bad tournamen5s as a so called character builder and not let it dictate how I play next time. Its all you can do. Move on to the next, hope to play well and let someone else have the bad one lol I finished nearly dead last in last weeks tournament. Managed a -8 and -7 for rounds 1 and 2 not sure how... game has been a real struggle lately... tee to green has been quite good but just cant buy a putt... so far i just kept it steady got quite close to the hole on approach and managed to not lose too many putts in fact there were a few putts i should have got, normally i throw away a lot on the green... there are a few holes where you can attack the pin and some where you really have to be carefull and be happy with the par... some greens are a nightmare and i was focusing on not overhitting and in fact lagged a few round two i think i holed out from 180 yards on the thrid so that helps for an eagle had a hole in one last week as well (happy days) still got rounds 3 and 4 to play so bound to throw it all away yet normally i play all four rounds on a saturday but last week i had a family issue that meant i couldnt play all of them and ended up with a DQ so changed my plan to play the rounds on a sunday but could only get through two this week. but this gives me all week to get the four rounds in so i dont get pressure on a saturday anymore But...If i could learn to putt in this game i would be laughing ill be happy to finish in the top 10 i was pretty amazed to be read the comments on here that it was that tough... lots of scores to come in yet... not many scores on the PC when i played but the ghosts were outplaying me

Alrighty then. So I just finished round 1 with a -3... Told ya I wouldn't be able to keep up. I was ON with my approach shots during practice but now I can't hit them where I was in practice. My ball has rolled off the green and 40 yds away from the pin a couple times. I double bogeyed one hole too...
EDIT: Pulled a -6 on round 2... got robbed of an albatross on the first par 5. Completely YOLO'd that 2nd shot and it was going a tad too fast for the pin.

Finished the tour with a 19 under. That's actually better than where I thought I'd be considering that I double bogeyed after an eagle a couple times. XD

Don't worry Wags, I have a feeling that last spot is going to me. I might as well shot blind folded my first round, at the worst point scoring +9! I ended up stringing some birdies together and finished +4 the first round. Couple miss hits on this course and you'll be sorry. Stay in the fairway and out of the bunkers kids! Oh well, back to it. Let's see if I can get a under par tourney haha
