After my stupid play at #3 in the third round, discussed earlier, I never recovered in the 3rd or 4th round as frustrations grew and putts, many putts, were missed. Finished -24. Made more double bogeys in this tourney than I have for a long time. In this game, as in real life golf, look forward and not back. Didn't do that this week. Good luck to all, especially Andy, as I hope he brings it home. Agreed to how difficult it is to act like nothing has happened in the past and just to play the hole in front of you. As tough in this game as it is in real golf! It looks to me like Andy will bring this home by two strokes with his -44 (unless Chris Speck puts up a -13 or better). Both Kevin and I finished at -42. I am looking at Andy's scorecard and it looks like one of the key holes for him to win was hole 15. He birdied that (TOUGH!) Par 3 all three rounds. It is the only hole averaging above par for the tournament. Through three rounds, for instance, I am E on that hole and Kevin is around E -- his second round isn't showing. That's all the strokes Andy needed to likely pull this out, though we'll see confirmation tonight. Well played!

Thanks for the kind words guys. I actually finished -43 and that missed 4 footer on the last hole still burns. Totally concentration lapse as it was not a hard putt. I birdied that tough par 3 in the first round by holing a flop shot...slam dunk! In over 500 rounds that was my first slam dunk. Great time to get lucky!

That one stroke is coming in huge! An early (hopeful) congrats. -43 is phenomenal - especially going sub-60 in the first round. 58 on that course is a great score. I have a memory of a 4 foot missed putt in my 2nd round that's now going to cost me big time... but then again it's easier to remember the easy putt you missed vs. the lucky 30 footer you hit for par in another round

Played my final two rounds this morning as I'll be out of town this weekend. I went -8 and -10 to finish at -28.
My swing still does not feel very solid at the moment and it definitely showed during the first two rounds. And my putting...well, let's just say I'm not thrilled with the 31 putts I had in that first round. That's worse than I putt when playing real golf.

Thanks for all the work that went into building it.

Noticed the $ distribution to the lower ranks last week is higher than it was the week before... Or is it just me?
