Couldn't be arsed wind waiting so I played in 13mph winds and manged -5 which I am fair proud of. Same here, about 12mph winds the entire round and also shot -5. Got off to a really bad start though, was +2 through 7 and then dug in. Luckily I escaped with a tie at 67.

I was quite surprised to get through to the second round with a -5 when paired with Mr Lemons. Squeezed it out with a 1 stroke advantage...phew.
Need to put in everything to get to round 3 as up against #13 Andrew Sikorsky.

This is nerve wracking not knowing what your opponents score is...
I'm so torn between wanting to win the round and really not wanting to face Jules Powell so early in the tourney.. lol..
Jules is playing out of his skin lately

I realize what you meant now. I had a long night and didn't read it proper the first time. Good luck buddy! Also why can't I edit posts anymore?

And what's the reward for winning that match-up? A 2nd round date with 18th-ranked (lol, sandbagger - he's a top ten'er all the way) Jimgem. Brutal.

Jules is playing out of his skin lately The thought of having one of the worlds best even slightly concerned is music to my ears but the reality is brionne that unlike you i struggle to put consistant rounds together so after i played well first time round this will be tougher and alot more nervy knowing who im up against. Good luck bud, shame we couldnt play live for an added buzz.

Tom Morgan vs James Gemmil in round 2 is definitely the match to watch

Just posted my second round. I shot the minimum I was hoping for. Whoever my next round opponent is will have to shoot a good round, if you beat me, you will definitely have earned it. So good luck Roddy or James.

Does anyone know why my score isn't showing up on the bracket? I entered my score from the tgctours.com home page by hitting the submit scorecard button, like we always do for regular tourneys. Am I missing something somewhere? Does my opponent need to submit his score in order for mine to show up?

That way it is at least fair that an opponent doesn't get to know what to shoot to win.
