Tied MLT24 with a -3 and luckily have a higher WGR so I escape. I feel a bit junky to win this way especially after he went to the effort to play while I was (in the high winds). What a true sport and I wish him all the luck going forward. As for round 2 I posted a -8 or -9 cannot remember which. We will see.

Shot -6 in first round. I think that was one less than personal best of -7. Satisfied with that. Don't know if it's good enough though. Played against Tom Humphries (t2theb2 - PS4). If, (a big IF), I make it to round two, I blew it with a -2. Missed a 3 footer on the first. Ran right over the hole with the putt. Went downhill from there.
Good luck Tom!

Bit peeved as I think -7 will be in the top 32 of scores but won't get through as opponent got -9. Alas the joys of matchplay! Lol!
I see 1st is out! Big scalp that!

Couldn't be arsed wind waiting so I played in 13mph winds and manged -5 which I am fair proud of.

Shot 67 in 13 MPH winds, so not really that upset. Sucks to tie and lose due to WGR. Missed an eight-footer on 18 for the outright win Was dead into the wind on the first three par 5's, so that was difficult.

Just remember lose in the first you tie for 33rd. win first round and lose you tie for 17th. win second round and lose you tie for 9th. win third round and lose you tie for 5th win fourth and lose you can get 3rd or 4th. win fifth you can get 1st or 2nd.

Just like to say well done to rod81simo (rod simpson) thought 69 was ok but he shot a great round to win. Tough course in the wind so whoever wins deserves it. Good luck out there.

Is this right or will they take the best score for lets say the 1st round losers and that's 33rd and the worst score for round one gets 64th. Maybe that's the way the FedEx points will be divided up and then the losers from round 2 and then best score down. Not sure though.
I'm a loser too so not calling anyone out
