Releasing Mon 31st August. --- Whiskey Resort: A KEG collaboration projectInspired by the Bandon Dunes resort in Oregon, Whiskey Resort features five top quality courses on the same plot of land. We began this project in late January with a view to creating three resort courses and, seven months later, with an extra two courses on top, we're finally there. Each course has its own distinct identity, but they share commonalities too. Enjoy the rounds and we can't wait to hear what you make of it.
Whiskey Run (par 73, 7285 yards) by b101 Whiskey Dunes (par 72, 7243 yards) by Trayys and jwtexan Whiskey Trails (par 71, 6932 yards) by Energ1ser Whiskey Ranch (par 71, 6846 yards) by gamesdecent The Decanter (par 54, 1926 yards - 9 hole par three, 9 hole putting course) by b101 Clubhouse mastery by SkinniePost
The courses will be released ahead of a Crazycanuck1985 stream tomorrow (Monday 31st) - a huge thanks to him and to gdog for the outstanding video above. Whilst you wait, enjoy the puzzle below.

A little preview of what to expect from each course. Energ1ser 's Whiskey Trails winds in and out of dense, beautiful woodland. This course features some of the best views on the property, including the stunning 14th hole, pictured below. The wild, undulating greens demand precise approaches, with risky options to tempt longer hitters. Beneath Trails sits Trayys and jwtexan 's Whiskey Dunes. True to its name, the dunes and mounding are key features of this course, which takes you from beachside to dune tops and everything in between. Arguably the biggest crescendo of any of the back nines on the property. Whiskey Ranch from gamesdecent brings all of the elements from the other courses into one wonderful mix. Set amongst the gorse, you get clifftop holes, weave in and out of dunes and head into the woods and gorse. The most varied of the five courses at the resort, the difficult greens will test all golfers' approach games. Predominantly working along the cliffside, b101 's Whiskey Run is the longest of the courses at just under 7300 yards. However, with some long par fours and five par fives, your ability to release the ball into the greens and use the slopes on offer will be tested. Some windswept pines remain atop towering sand dunes and the punchbowl 7th is a particular highlight. Finally, after the rounds are done, you can head for a late evening round at b101 's the Decanter. This course is all out quirk, with the front nine a par three course squeezed in and amongst the dunes between the Trails and Dunes loops and the back nine a tour of the frankly outrageous putting green. Perfect for settling any halved match, the only rule is that you play the back nine with just putter and whiskey glass.

I can't wait to play the Bandon "how would you split 10 rounds between the courses?" game.

I forgot to ask, what kind of whisky will be served at this resort? Do we get a complimentary drink with our green fees? I'm fond of bourbon, but will gladly have an islay if possible

A little welcome to the good life on the first tee. Good luck finding some birdies

Hot take, Blantons is overrated. It's a fine bourbon, but they ask way too much when there's tons of better options for cheaper.

I think I'm in love. Looks amazing. Will keep the bourbon nearby when playing these courses this week. Cheers.
