SkyBlueBenSpoiler alert: Predicting that Art will be so confident that he’ll finally beat me when he sees my fourth round score he’ll fold like a Republican house of very flimsy cards. So I’m not going to tell him. Only know that I finally eagled the 18th. Fear the jackass.

By the way, Art Vandelay, kudos for your promotion to KF. Now we know who put the “fairy” [sic] in “Korn Ferry”, precious. Don’t let your purse interfere with your swing, pretty boy. 🧚🏻♂️

Hi all,
Now that I am a Korn Fraggle Caver, I have obviously become a very nuanced person that only utters statements that cover all aspects of issues at hand.
Okay, seriously, I am still an idiot but... I do think that this group should not move its rounds to societies outside TGC Tours. The reason this group exists is this tour/website and I feel we should continue to support it by playing our Dirtbag rounds through the official TGC Tours cc-pro society. If the scheduler is willing to listen to some of our wishes and schedule more RCRs that would obviously be great and I would like to suggest we thank him for that and give him some good suggestions based on his reference points for scheduling cc-pro courses.
Okay, that’s enough sensible talk from me; can we have RCRs with lots of water please? 😂😂😂
Best wishes Frans

All we need to do is come up with a course and get it scheduled at exactly the right week we want it!! Too much to ask?

1st off thank you to everyone for support and suggestions about my course, I'm glad that overall everyone seems to have enjoyed their rounds.
I think the biggest 2 problem holes have been 15's landing area off the tee and the 18th green, I probably should have widen the landing area on 15 or maybe just cut down some of those trees on the left to open up more off the fairway to drive to. The green on the 18 I think is just a little to small a target with the wind coming across and into your face at 10mph plus, the problem I see is that there just isn't real estate on the 2nd shot to tempt people into laying up. These are things that I will try to implement into future design's. seeing this was the 1st course I have ever designed I was just greatfull that it even made it to tour, and now that it has been received so well by you guys makes it all the sweeter.
Thanks again guys.

Round 2 -10
I'm scoring really well on the front 9 of this course, I was 7 under at the turn.
But could only managed a -3 on the back 9.
I got very lucky with birdies on both 15 and 18. Gee these 2 holes are doing my head in.
Interesting scoring stat:
With 2 rounds played Front 9: 14 under
Back 9: 5 under
Onwards

Well since we've got catcherman22 ear, I'd like to put forward Bayerischer Golfplatz and Golf Club Passeier for a tour venue.

I would be okay with a society outside of the CC-Pro as the only reason I play any TGCTours related rounds is because of this group (I didn't even play the promotion event because I'm so tired of TGCTours and didn't want to risk moving up and having to subject myself to having to play even more rounds on BS courses). The courses being picked are trash (I haven't played this week's course but from what I'm hearing I'm hopeful it's better) so by having our own group, we could play courses created by other Dirtbags or RCRs which are way more fun than the tricked up crap many people make and pick for TGCTours.
Of course, if we keep it CC-Pro, I'll still be here but I'll just keep complaining about the tracks that we are forced to play.
Now if they start picking courses that don't have a bar..... I'm out.

SkyBlueBen Round 2 in the Bag (-2) or should I say sewer, I just played probably my best 9 holes in a long time all for 1 birdie -1 at the turn, after poor tee shot on 10 and a great putt, par saved should fallen for birdie, step up to the 11th and now felling that I need to jump start my round I go for the green off the tee, very bad idea hit a very slow into the drink lucky to only end up with bogie, even after 11, onto the 13th completly miss judge my approach and roll of the the green and down the hill scramble with a nice chip and putt par, I'm now thinking who in the hell designed this dumpster fire of a course, oh that's right I did and think to my self, you idiot. Birdie on 14 great approach into the green back to 1 under, 15 omfg where on earth did that very very fast come from!!! into the trees bounce off said trees and onto the cart path and then into the water, stupid cart path who put that thing there? I know me again, great flop shot between 2 trees par saved. 16 Try to bite off too much and bounce off fairway into the heavy rough and behind tree, bend shot around tree back onto fairway nice approach and putt, par saved again. 17 I'm pretty much pissed by now, so its time for another vfast missed green by 18 yds great chip and putt par saved for the what feels like 305th time this round. 18 I now know this round is completely ruined so any thought of laying up are completely gone, were going for it. 5W onto the green then putting for eagle this happens. 1st clip is of my putt on 10 then the 18th.

Well thanks for getting my hopes up 😂😂 But seriously, I liked the idea because I have never felt like the powers that be give 5 licks about what actually goes on with quality. Throughout my time here, I've always noticed how the side events pick better courses than the people who are picking courses for the masses and that always leaves me scratching my head. Ah well... Order up!

I've come to the conclusion I'm on the wrong tour & I don't mean the Pro flight... My game is absolute donkey droppings at the moment & I made a right mess of katana22 's beautiful course.... Think I need to do a bogeyman & get relegated to the Amateur ranks. Really struggled with the flat stick today - even my usually assured lag putting wasn't what it usually is. Round 1: Even par SkyBlueBen including a "snowman" on the notorious 18th (back to back water after bouncing off rocks). Round 2: Really frustrating +2 SkyBlueBen .... Barring the wind; easier conditions but my tempo was horrendous. Birdied the 18th this time after leaving an eagle putt teetering on the edge of the cup. Walking off the course singing: "Going down, going down, going down..... going down, going down, going dowwwn..... going down, going down, going down..... going down... going down!!"

I know all about Eagle putts 2in from the cup on 18 buddy, btw I wouldn't be to hard on your self the course wasn't meant to play easy in high winds, even the designer can't come to grips with it.
