SkyBlueBen 2nd round +3 You can now go back to discussing courses and whatnot. Ouch! Yeah I know, is it too late to pull out of season 7?

Yeah I know, is it too late to pull out of season 7? Yes! It’s a funny old game. Last week you could do no wrong and took the course apart.

Yeah I know, is it too late to pull out of season 7? Yes! It’s a funny old game. Last week you could do no wrong and took the course apart. It's being so inconsistent that's annoying, I can normally fall back into the designer and enjoy that, but just now I'm not enjoying either.

SkyBlueBenVctryLnSprtsRHMIIILoftyando-9 -7 -10 -4 for me. Birdied the 18th three times, then got a triple in round 4. So E for me on that hole. Apart from that, a nice and very lucky hole out on the 4th (I think) in round one, where the ball landed in heavy rough, caught a side slope and ran right onto the pin at high tempo. And, on a side note, I'm happy to have reached the -30s for the 8th time out of 9 this season. Self-congratulation over.

It's a very good point Les. I already have a PC society set up which could be used. You'd need someone to set one up on Xbox and PS4 and Bob's your uncle. Firstly it's confirmed that I'm back in CC-Pro. Can't wait to be an active Dirtbag again providing you guys billybudd0623 SkyBlueBen sid snott can find a spot for me in Season 7. Secondly if you need a PS4 Society then I've got one lying idle - even has a few hundred thousand useless HB bux in it. Wondered what happened to the dosh. Thought maybe you had squirreled it away for your retirement fund🤑😄

Sarah is actually portred David’s daughter just saying 😁 In the fictious dirtbag universe, Sarah is his wife. Maybe his daughter is Sarah Portred II, named after her beloved mother. Am I right portred? In particular, this would imply that Portred surely is your last name as well. No, seriously, sorry for having mixed things up. I should have read more attentively. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣, and in the same fictitious universe I finally won a singles match lessangster up mup kupen nup

Mike katana22 My scores won't count here so I won't post them but I just wanted to say I walked off the 18th reasonably happy with my round. Annoying bogey on the par 5 15th where I got into a bad area with my tee shot - ended up at the base of a tree and disturbed a squirrel I think it was The 18th approach shot looked horrendous. 15mph 45 degree headwind into my face and I had to choose between my 243yd or 224yd club. Forget the distance to the pin but 243 looked like I might tangle with that bad slope and 224 looked like it might be too short. After changing my mind several times I went for the 224 and thankfully it was the right choice. Had a 12' for birdie and I drained it. Phew!! Anyway mate just wanted to say I liked the course and enjoyed my round. I can imagine a situation though where you might walk off the 18th with a double under your belt and not feel quite so happy.

SkyBlueBenI have an Xbox society I can set a tournament up for the Xbox boys. Also 2nd round complete another bogie ruined what would have been a great round for me, pared the first then got on a run of 10 birdies up to the 11th. Finished off birding the last for a -10 under round.

SkyBlueBenNot the ideal course or conditions for my current state of mind, but no excuses. Practiced ok on my last go round then started the real deal bogey, bogey. Oh well. Regulation eagle on 3 gave me hope followed by a few chirps in a row. Then somehow I doubled one of the long fours with a nightmare approach shot that hooked so badly, all the pixel fish in all the pixel water were shaking in their pixel boots. Made the turn -1. Couldn’t really find my groove after that, highlighted by the tee shot on 15 that landed dead center behind and flush with the tree, the chip shot into the same heavy rough, and disaster following that made the resultant bogey feel like a gift. Meh up to 18 when I strategically drove, laid way up, then hit an 8 iron a bit too square and found myself funneled behind the pin in the mush, somehow still dry. Fourth shot a short chip and roll back that netted about three yards, then up and down for bogey. Final tally, finished right where I started. E for effort. E for excruciating. Brought to you by the letter E. Not very Excited about this Endeavour. Eastward!

SkyBlueBenTook a couple swigs from the community still and set out for more of the same with reversed winds. Slower greens helped the cause as well as a couple of chip in gift chirps including on 15 where I avoided disaster entirely. I hear the back half of the tour plays much calmer. Let’s find out. Round 2: -6 Setting my sights on the big fourth round showdown with my ersatz nemesis, Art Vandelay.

SkyBlueBenCalm winds did not mean calm IGB. Burned so many birdie attempts, the gallery was lining up with BBQ sauce and all the fixin’s. Too bad them birds had no meat on ‘em. Round 3: -2 Time for the showdown.
