Oh man... what a hole that 17th is, more correctly a nightmare green... So finished Round 1 this week Even par.... with a 10!!!!!! on the 17th... oh what I would give for those 8 putts back on one hole! 😕 Edit: As close to rage quit as I have ever got, but after a beer, decided to get all 4 rounds out of the way... followed up with at, -3, -9, -6 to finish -18 (phew, I feel better 😂) Little tip from designer hole 17 if you can’t reach top tier in two don’t go for it it’s a par 5 for that reason, lol

Thought I’d do well this week on Campbell’s run... a couple of terrible water hits blows that idea up! First two rounds, -2 and -2! Argh... what the hell happened there? +8 on 3rd round!!!!! Followed up with -3 in final round. I hang my head in shame... what a shocker! What great news to find out today - finished 119th and thus no demotion points... glad I kept at it in the final round 🥳 PS: we had the lowest number of participants of any league at only 129 last week! No wonder it’s quiet here.

Little tip from designer hole 17 if you can’t reach top tier in two don’t go for it it’s a par 5 for that reason, lol Played one practice round last night, and on the approach, I looked at and thought to myself "that expanse of fairway looks a tad 'green' like, as I zoomed out it dawned on me that, that green is almost the size of bloody Africa, and there's a damned mountain range running across it." Very challenging green, especially when you mess up your "I'll leave it short, so that I can pitch onto the top tier"

Hi all, after 11 months away from TGC I've bought the new game and been placed in CC-G after Q school.
The community has grown (in tiers) since I was last here (was in the Euro tour on TGC 1 & 2 - only played a few comps in TGC2 though). I need to find my form again and get used to this game, as I'm inconsistent at the moment.
Played the first 3 rounds of the The Bob Ross Happy Trees Tournament: R1 -6 R2 -16 R3 -10
Everything clicked in round 2 and had a few eagles, round 1 was tough, even par after 9 and I had 2 bogies in that round, just couldn't get going. Round 3 was solid, the wind made it harder for sure, was kicking myself for missing a 6ft birdie putt on the 18th but very happy with the recovery after a tough 1st round.

You won’t be in this league for long on those scores first tournament back! Don't think you are wrong there. -32 after three rounds should be top 20, barring a complete flustercluck. You'll have nowt to worry about from my scores though, a mediocre -6 after 2 rounds. The switch to PC is not as seamless as I thought it would be. By the way LKD, you are doing yourself a disservice in your signature, you've been promoted you should flaunt it

R4 was -15 and is also on my YouTube channel I did have a go with the master clubs in an offline game (very hard conditions) and wow was that tough! +3 after 5 holes I'll finish that round just for giggles but don't think I am good enough to use them. I did get a fair bit of luck with some putts in a few rounds, but I was expecting my finish score to be around -25 at best after a practice round and round 1.

Well it was nice competing with you for that one short week. I guess you'll be fighting for the win and likely be on the rapid progression track

-28 after two rounds to Lee Phillips - wow. Destroying the field with a 6 shot lead!

Not playing well this week, not sure what it is I just can't get the ball close enough and haven't gotten hot with the putter at all. Just wanting to get out of there without a demotion mark at this point.
