Ok, guys....we're 2 days away from the publishing window opening. I just wanted to give a quick heads up and remind you all to please, please, PLEASE post your course threads in this sub-forum. We do not want the courses listed in the regular "completed courses" forum as of yet. I promise I will do everything I can to call attention to the contest forum and the courses contained within. Good luck, all! Hey! @griff What about over at the HB "Course Discovery Completed" forum? Also can we submit them here for approval on the Official TGC Tours Course Submissions page yet? Thanks in advance, Sam. |

I have a complaint. Can we outlaw stars like the one used in tastegw 's Kiawah course? Not only does it stick out like a sore thumb and is incongruous with other thread titles, but I also think it's misleading to potential players who will think that the course is good. They'll think, "Well this one has stars in it, so it must be very good," but then they will play it and be very disappointed with the flaming pile of poo they are playing on. I just think it's ethical. All those in favor say "Aye!" |

Not only does it stick out like a sore thumb and is incongruous with other thread titles, but I also think it's misleading to potential players who will think that the course is good. They'll think, "Well this one has stars in it, so it must be very good," but then they will play it and be very disappointed with the flaming pile of poo they are playing on. I barely have time to create my own course, let alone play. I'll stop by yours when I get the time if you like though. I'm sure you'll be fine. It's all about getting better and learning with each new course. |
