Living in a small town I had 2mb then 10 then 40. Now I have fiber hitting 250. I totally get what is like to have slow internet. What sucks about it minus being slow is you pay a lot for it. Good news is for most games you really don't need that fast of a internet. What is more important is your NAT settings, packet loss and latency. Question about the game. I think I read the Multiplayer comes out after the release? Yeah multiplayer will be launching as a free beta at the end of November for anyone who has purchased the game, Rockstar said they want to give people the chance to get use to the game first and that they're expecting quite a few glitches with RDR online early days. And yeah with my internet, it's just ok to play with atm but can't stream 1080p without buffering if ANYTHING else is going on, like checking an email lmao. When I switch to fiber next week I will be fine, I will be able to download something, stream hd and play live all at the same time  You will love fiber. I have two sons who are always on something either the xbox or a ipad. Handles it very well. I think I DL TGC 2019 in about 7 minutes or something like that. |

If you pre order it digital they let you download it so it’s ready for play the minute it’s released.

Unfortunately I already pre-ordered the disk a few weeks ago, but I will be at the store waiting for the doors to open! And besides, I will still get it before everyone in America!!!!  I love living in the future (Seriously, I'm about 15 hours ahead of you guys  ) |

Holy potatoes Batman! I just got my upgrade to fiber! Uploading a round to youtube took me 3 hours 2 days ago, It took me 13 minutes today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have gone from 12/1 to 60/18 It's like a different universe now! AND I CAN STREAM TWITCH WITH NO BUFFERING!!!!!!!!!!!! |
