Week 05 has just been published!
In this week, we will tee-off on the following courses: - Teapot Point (Rustic); by Roger Ramjet
- Dunas del Pinet (Delta); by Pablo Alonso
- Rye Bay Harbour 2017 (Links); by Jeremy Holme
I wish you all good luck! Struggled with the slow but super funky greens of the Teapot Point in the first five holes, then recovered quite nicely for best round of the trio with a 12 under. That last course had the most number of pins I've seen in a while have a yellow slope ON the grid with the pin in it. I think I counted 3, one of which gave me a double bogey. That's the nice thing about RRCC though, the pins can be as nasty as the designer wants and it's still a good time.

I knew the greens at Rye Bay Harbour are/were boarder-line.
But the course is still such a beauty (to me at least), that I finally decided on scheduling it for W5.

I added a link to our Google Spreadsheet to the original post in this thread, so that people can always have a look if they want to check (updated) standings.

Results for week 2 of the RRCC are in! This week featured another fine selection of courses, including a beautifully presented and perfectly windy links course to finish up with: Edenshall (Countryside) by Seth Campion Lerina Golf Club (Harvest) by Mikael Thunberg Western Gailes, Scotland (Links) by Kenneth Cavana Results (103 players): 1. jtcurrent JT Current (USA, PS4) -40 2. can'tfindtag Albert Fargo (USA, PS4) -39 3. JeffJeter Jeff McPhee (Can, XBox) -37 Web Player Of The Week: 24. dgforelife Andrew Leopard (USA, XBox) -26 CC Players Of The Week: 46. can'tfindtag Paul Winkworth (Can, PS4) -19 46. MagneticPanda31 Rick Green (Australia, XBox) -19 In a week where some of us are questioning what the hell is going on in this world, it's nice to see some normality restored and confirmation that the world will keep turning after all. Current RRCC Champion™ JT takes his first podium and win of season 2 with a one shot victory over fellow American Albert Fargo, and rounding off our podium is a man who might have a few new neighbours in the near future, Canadian Jeff McPhee who was a further 2 shots back. Oh Canada! Andrew Leopard earned himself a few mentions last season and gets another one now as the best Web player in a very creditable 24th place. With another field of over 100 players very good efforts from Paul Winkworth and my black and white, fat furry bamboo eating, stuck to the fridge friend Rick Green from the Challenge Circuit, getting themselves in the top 50 for a few extra points. Full results can be found here. Well done to everybody who played well this week, and thanks as always to everybody for playing, compiling the results is certainly taking a bit longer these days! The current standings for the month have also been updated - canthitstraight still has the lead despite missing out on the podium this week, 23 points ahead of JT in second. Two top tens has dysania Jamie Fluke in third.

Mixing in politics with weekly RRCC wrapups... Love it Jamie! I prefer to think of it as a light hearted dig at current affairs, and don't worry, I won't make a habit of it.

I play the RRCC for 3 reasons........... 1/. In case Thomas selects one of my courses to play (not had one for a long time hint, hint ). 2/. Earn a mention (any mention) from Giraffe72 in one of his top notch write ups. 3/. Great way to play some of the new published courses that may get overlooked.
