Over 100 players in week 1, including a fair few newbies to find details for. It's going to be getting a lot harder to score points around here! Hoping to have time to put up the results tomorrow, watch this space....

I like the look and relaxed feel of this competition as an aside to the more formal weekly tournament play.
I think ill join in too.

Great, great choices again. Either there are an abundance of quality choices around at the minute or @edi_vedder is getting rather good at picking out gems! More players means more people to beat me and the further I have to scroll to find my name! Am I bothered? Not one bit. Love the relaxed atmosphere and the chance to play ghost balls I wouldn't normally see. 1 day I will score a point, 1 day. Get ready.

I like the look and relaxed feel of this competition as an aside to the more formal weekly tournament play. I think ill join in too. Well with Week 1 removed ive started with Round 1 of Week 2, very bizarre round, just a par-fest, 15 of them in all, so a slow start to say the least, but never mind, a lovely course to see for the first time in Edenshall and a nice friendly relaxed competition to join

Absolutely loved week 1s courses. I'd heard of the first, played great, already loved the second and the third was a fantastic bolt out of the blue. Excellent selections. Well done to the designers. I intend on posting on their course threads Looking forward to week 2. Well done folks

As promised, welcome to your first results service of the season! Week One of the RRCC featured three courses which it's fair to say were all very well received: Crescentic Bay Golf Club (Delta) by Patrick Lawless The Davies Course at Troon West (Desert) by Mark Davies Corazon del Mar - Costa Perro G.C. (Highlands) by David Jenson Three absolutely top notch courses in my view (and others), but Corazon del Mar was absolutely stunning. Just saying… (nudge, schedulers…) Week One Results: =1. canthitstraight Jimmy Kuo (USA, PC) -40 =1. Guest player Cooj2011 (PS4) -40 3. miacanes12 Rob Dallas (USA, PS4) -39 Web Player of the Week: 31. (can't find tag) Brian Schaefer (USA, bsbchhc on PC) -26 CC Players of the Week 46. andybarrell Andy Barrell (Eng, PC) -21 46. B.Smooth13 Justin Smedley (USA, PC) -21 Jimmy won the last event of Season 2 and now opens up Season 3 with his second in a row, albeit shared with our guest player who might be called Cooj but I can't say for sure because JT spells it differently every time! Rob Dallas takes the other podium spot just one shot back. Brian Schaefer is one of 30 brand new players who joined this week, and starts by taking the Web award, while the CC award is shared by Andy Barrell and Justin Smedley whose very decent scores of -21 were just about good enough to get in the top 50! Sheesh! mde8965 Michael Earl has gone from being CC Player of the Week to now merely finishing in 5th in a star studded field, so he doesn't get a tag this week. Oh, wait... We had a whopping 106 players play this week, good job Thomas picked some good ones! A very warm welcome to all our new players, hope you continue to enjoy the selections. I have tried my best to get everybody's player information updated after all the ups and downs at the end of the season, but if anybody spots an error please pm me and I'll fix it. Full results can be found here

Hello all. Played first round at Scorpions Nest last night. Didn't do to well, but scenery was nice. Like playing courses that show off what can be done with editor. Gives me loads of ideas as I work on figuring it out myself.

I think I'm going to be trying this tour out. I want to practice more but in a competitive space. Sounds like I can play these courses and not have to practice rounds before or anything. Looking forward to playing some well designed courses!

I need to stop doing this at 5am and wait until I can wake up and read the TV screen.

If Mr. Cooj is JTs man then shouldn't he not be listed as pc?

Played the first round and tried shaping my shots a bit more and lifting my irons a bit more or less when pitching. Didn't go so well lol. Shot a +1 the first round. I'm glad getting this kind of practice with shapes and shot types I don't normally use but I hate not posting low scores lol.
