Just played week 13 - 3 cracking courses, hope they make it on tour. For anyone looking in on the thread, the RRCC tour is a great way to improve your skills without the pressure of the main tournaments. Ignore the big hitters and just play to your abilities. I love it!
And this happened, so even better. Wouldn't like to think where I would have been if the hole hadn't got in the way though!

Just got done with week 13. 3 sweet courses on this one. I thought they were brilliant. Kudos to the designers. Shot -30. But guess who made me look like a rookie? That's right, blueorfe. I think the man is really a machine or a bot of some kind. I think he shot -19 on the third course. Yikes! But great shooting.

Evening all, hope you all had a cracking Christmas period and a Happy New Year! These are the results for weeks 9 and 10 of the RRCC Tour which will get us right up to date for at least a few hours, until Week 11 expires in the morning! Week 9 featured: Aspinwall Motor Speedway Golf Course ( where you could hit a 400 yard drive down a pit lane if you didn't hit the damn garage! ) (Harvest) by Matt Seymour Whiskey Jack Golf Club (Boreal) by Nick Weisgerber Port Sunlight Golf Club (Highlands) by our very own SAM Simon Morris Results (75 players): 1. blueorfe Bradley Garcia (Eng, PS4) -43 2. canthitstraight Jimmy Kuo (USA, PC) -37 3. SweetTeeBag Tim Russell (USA, PS4) -36 3. Timbr0_T Ben Timmons Can, PS4) -36 3. jtcurrent JT Current (USA, PS4) -36 3. miacanes12 Rob Dallas (USA, PS4) -36 3. pc17 Phil Crampton (Eng, PS4) -36 Web Player Of The Week: 18. KenTremendous Matt Comley (Eng, PC) -27 RRCCC Top 3 (Challenge Circuit Players only): 36. stewarty5 Charlie Stewart (Ire, PS4) -21 39. lastchancehombre Kerry Hurst (USA, XBox) -20 50 MagneticPanda31 Rick Green (Australia, XBox) -16 New TOC Champion (what a result! ) Bradley Garcia takes a convincing 6 stroke victory to open up our 3rd tournament of the season, his 3rd weekly win this season. Current overall leader Jimmy Kuo will be happy to take his 3rd podium of the season in 2nd, ahead of a plethora of players in 3rd. JT Current Champion ™ makes a welcome return alongside in-form Rob Dallas, and they share 3rd place with 3 players making their first appearance on the RRCC podium this season in Tim Russell, Ben Timmons and Phil Crampton. Good points for all 7 of you, well played! Winner of the last RRCCC tournament Matt Comley takes the Web award at the first attempt after his recent promotion, and obviously the extra money coming in has paid for a personal trainer as he's now gone from Bulky to Tremendous. Charlie Stewart takes his first RRCCC win with a one shot victory over Kerry Hurst, both finishing in the top 40 of the main leaderboard. 3rd placed Rick Green also sneaks in to the top 50 for an extra point on the main leaderboard. Week 10 then featured: Old MacArthur - Sun (Highlands) by Craig LeVasseur Vermillion Sands (Delta) by Matthew Fritsch Nemestin Estates (Harvest) by Jeremy Mayo Results (78 players): 1. QuietManDan Daniel Waring (Eng, PC) -41 2. miacanes12 Rob Dallas (USA, PS4) -36 2. blueorfe Bradley Garcia (Eng, PS4) -36 Web Player Of The Week: 32, CantFindTag Daniel Fitzgerald (USA, XBox) -22 RRCCC Top 3: 39. theclv24 Craig Levasseur (USA, PC) -18 42. ABU_Bear Jim McCarthy (Can, PC) -17 46. marklongley1 Mark Longley (Eng, PC) -16 Another convincing win this week, this time for Dan Waring who takes his 2nd win of the season and a 5 shot victory over two players who were both also on the Week 9 podium (albeit a bit crammed in). Rob Dallas takes his 3rd top 3 in 4 weeks (and 4th of the season) and Brad takes his 5th podium in a row to finish in equal 2nd. XBox RRCC newcomer Daniel Fitzgerald wins the Web award in a respectable 32nd place. Elite designer Craig Levasseur joins us for the first time to play his own course and takes the win in the Challenge Circuit tournament, just ahead of Jim McCarthy and Mark Longley in a close contest. Funny how these designers like to play when their courses come up, we were also joined by mattf27 this week and nickweis in Week 9 - you're more than welcome to stick around fellas! So, with half of Tournament 3 in the books (we really need to start naming these!) Bradley Garcia takes a 20 point lead in to Week 11 over Rob Dallas, with Jimmy Kuo a further 15 points back. as we've seen before, this can all change very quickly! In the Challenge Circuit Tournament Charlie Stewart has an 8 point lead over Jim McCarthy, with Kerry Hurst a further 9 points back. Just a few hours left to play Week 11 if you haven't done so! Thanks as always to everybody for playing and congrats to everybody who enjoyed their rounds. For anybody stopping by this thread, remember you can join the RRCC at any time, no registration required, just rock up and play some of the amazing courses being created out there. Tremendous job Jamie!
And Bradley is showing everyone how he came to have the number Wgr at some point in the first or second season. (can't remember, it's been so long with the machine at the top!)

Hey guys, as I will probably be away on business tomorrow I decided to publish Week 14 a day earlier than I normally would... so in about 3 hours from now. Courses for W14 will be as follows: - Lochaven Public Course (Countryside); by Marc Fischer
- Cnoic Lionn Dubh (Rustic); by Moe Smullen
- Gopher Holes (Highlands); by Eric Lilly
I will make it last 20 days (instead of 19), so everyone still has the same deadline get those rounds done. I'm going to post a quick message when the tour is live!

LOL, I did not expect to see Moe's course on RRCC so soon. For the first time since I started RRCC I am going to have a practice round on that course before playing for real. The round I played on it when Moe announced it I was messing around and not trying to score....
Should be fun...Thanks edi_vedder

Yes, me too! I get a fair amount of feedback from a designer's viewpoint, but less from a player's perspective. Just played week 12, I loved Royal Aulden, I thought it looked and played like a real Links course. I got off to a fast start and was -6 at the turn but stalled on the back 9 and finished at -7 I think. Great work with the greens and loved the roads leading off to the distance and the gigantic clubhouse, nice job Fossmill was just as good as I remember it but was like a little brother compare to the Forest course at the end. Boy were those greens brutal, found me out this week! I think I was -15 through the first 27 holes and then -4 for the next 27! Oh well, on to the next one

I had a lot of fun making that road. It took a while, but it seemed like a cool touch and I think it fit this course really well. Also, I do plan on sticking around, I like the concept of this. Get to play fun courses, and play something a little competitive without the pressure. I happened to stumble across this thread a few weeks ago and my course just happened to be being featured! Plus, I gotta play my own courses, those are the only ones I can score on...
