Wind wind wind and more wind..... I'm having a bit of a hard time with wind adjustments the more I think I know the more I'm sure I don't know anything..... Anyone have any tips for practicing wind adjustments. Should i just always aim into the wind or is it best to partially aim for wind and shot adjust a bit also.... I'm sure I'll get it eventually but as always repetition is the key. I work many hours in a week and have only so much practice time so I mostly just play a few rounds on weekly course before I jump into active tourney. Just want a few tips for the best way for me to learn "on my own" and keep progressing at my current pace.

For a driver, one box of draw/fade can be used to counteract a 14 MPH crosswind. For wedges, one box counteracts something like a 10 MPH crosswind.
With wedges and short irons, doing this affects your distance - about a half yard per MPH.
That's a starting point, but requires a lot of practice to get right. Good luck.
