Canadian Open
I've been to Glen Abbey, Royal Montreal, Hamilton Golf and Country Club, all of which have hosted the open.

bmw championship @ wentworth, england. Went this year  about 1hours drive 4 me. Wont get to play it tho as il be on the web.com lol |

I don't live in Michigan anymore but I was at the US Open when held at Oakland Hills CC, '96. So if they have it there and I'm on the PGA Tour by then, that's it. I believe they hold the US Amateur in 2016.
Arnold Palmer, Gary Player, and Raymond Floyd all rank Oakland Hills in their top 10 courses in the U.S.
But I got invited to play Desert Mountain Club in Scottsdale, AZ. last winter..the Champions Tour will have the Charles Schwab Cup Championship there in Nov. '15.

The Deutchse Bank Championship at the TPC Boston, I've been to it twice now, about 45 minutes from where I am.

They use to have a Tour event in Michigan, I remember Tiger Woods got paid a ton to play..not sure if they still have it. Been to that once..it was about an hour from me. I'll have to look it up..
Edit: Now I remember Buick Open. I liked that place..

Edit: Now I remember Buick Open. I liked that place.. Warwick Hills. Great course. My home tournament is The PLAYERS. TPC Sawgrass is virtually my back yard. Fiancee and I are getting married there a week before the event this year. |

The Emirates Australian Open for me. Not sure it will be featured in the European Tour as it is a co sanctioned event. But it's my home town international! Don't know if any of you caught Jordan Speith blitz the field in the final round a few weeks ago, but it was the best golf I have ever seen live.

right there with you sir... you want to share virtual lodging that week? I'm sure we can find some sucker to rent us their house for a week thinking that pro golfers would respect property...
On a serious note I go to the open every year (a nice perk from working at high-end private course) and its always a great time.

We don't get much love anymore in England for the European Tour. Wentworth will be the closest to me.
Although The Belfry and The Forest Of Arden are my closest marquee tracks; they've hosted the Ryder Cup, English Open and British Masters up until a few years ago.
Like Job, I'm getting married next year. At the Forest Of Arden. And the bastards still won't do me a deal on the golf.

BMW championship for me also at Wentworth, or if they are playing any tournaments at Celtic Manor (Welsh Open maybe?), both are about an hour away. Played Celtic Manor this year, and walked Wentworth a couple of times, both great courses.
