An individual, family or company is allowed to grow no more than 2,000 square feet (single floor) of product at any given time. (there will be no monopolization in the Marijuana industry)
All growing must be done indoors, whether that be in a green house or a warehouse. Proper ventilation will be required and is to be inspected by the fire department before being deemed ready for business)
An individual, family or company is allowed to own no more than 3 dispensary stores at any given time. (there will be no monopolization in the Marijuana industry)

The reason(s):
This would boost the economy into uncharted territories. Hundreds of thousands or more of new jobs would be created, not just temporary jobs, but permanent jobs from many different fields:
Transportation, sales, advertising, packaging, construction, management, accounting, legal, etc.
Marijuana is less harmful than alcohol, for both the body and for the safety of others. 
It also has powerful medical uses such as a form of manageable pain relief and appetite enhancer (for certain cancer patients),  it helps with many other medical conditions as well.

IRS to be Abolished:
This would also include all other taxes from your paycheck(s).
Instead of paying taxes based on how much you made through your paycheck(s), a flat tax will be imposed and will be based on how much you spend.
The percentage would be somewhere in the 20-25% neighborhood.
There would be no tax on most food and clothing items, the only items in these categories that would be taxed would be items of luxury or lust.
Soda and other sugary drinks, candy, alcoholic beverages, fast food, restaurants and other prepared food would not be tax exempt.
Clothing that costs more than "X" dollars would not be tax exempt.

Maximum Wage:
Any individual who grosses more than one million dollars of personal wages per year (including all sources of income combined) shall be taxed 100% of all earnings over one million dollars.
Any individual who has more than one million dollars in all of their personal bank accounts combined shall be taxed 100% of the total over one million dollars.
No offshore accounts by legal citizens is to be allowed.
Failure to comply will result in loss of citizenship and all finances will be frozen and forfeited.

Complete the Wall between Mexico and the United States from Texas to California:
All illegal immigrants that are currently here in the United States will be given the option to help build the wall.
Those who refuse will be rounded up and transported back to the country they came from, and future citizenship status will be refused.
Those who comply will be fast tracked into gaining citizenship faster after the wall has been completed.
The pay will be minimum wage, forty hours per week, 8 hour shifts per worker.  There will be 3 shifts going Monday through Friday.  Weekends will be off.
The total cost of materials will be divided and billed to all illegal immigrants who participated, and they will all may payments each month until the cost of the wall paid in full,  all who fail to comply will forfeit their right to citizenship.

English to be the Country's Official Language:
All legal citizens must be fluent in english by year "X" to keep their citizenship.
Failure to comply will result in schooling paid by the citizen.
Further failure to comply will result in loss of citizenship.

I am just getting warmed up, but I will give you some time to absorb the few topics above.

1. Tobacco:
If you are going to legalize marijuana and keep alcohol legal, then outlawing tobacco is contradictory to the other two. Isolating designated smoking areas to not intrude it on others is a good thing though. Marijuana is not completely harmless when smoked or inhaled simply for the fact that filling your lungs with anything besides air is probably not good for you. No need to mention the dangers of alcohol, we already know. 

2. Salary Caps on Government Employees:
They are already capped, including the President who is limited to $400,000 per year.

3. Mariajuana:
Agree.

4. IRS:
You can't have a flat tax (or any tax) and not have an agency in charge of its administration and collection. Getting rid of one called the IRS and replacing it with something that has a different name does not resolve anything. A rose by any other name is still a rose.

I do agree with the flat tax implementation. There needs to be an individual rate and a corporate rate. But if that is put in place, then there will be an argument about State's Rights to still apply their own way of taxing their residents. 

The larger issue with taxes isn't the IRS. It's how Congress spends it.

Maximum Wage:
That's just completely stupid. 

Border Wall:
Almost as completely stupid as the Max Wage. A wall stops nothing and is a huge waste of money. Tunnels. All the real sht comes in via tunnels. You'll never dig deep enough to stop an El Chapo tunnel. They will just dig deeper.

Part B - deporting all of the undocumented workers would rid this country of about 50% of it's farming workforce. Who's going to take their place immediately? Are you going to go pick green beans in 100 degree heat for 10 hrs a day at $9.00 an hr? Nope, neither would most Americans (jobs Americans won't do). Hell, most Americans wouldn't do that for $15 an hour (now jack up the cost of food). These people need a path to legalization if they are not real criminals, i.e., drug dealers, murderers. Allow them to provide proof of ID, go through the E-Verify system and give them a path to be the Americans they want to be. There are just too many to deport. It would cost almost $4 TRILLION dollars added to our debt to do such a thing.

English as the official language:
The founding fathers felt that having an official language would be undemocratic because it would favor one group of people over another. With that said, you are required to learn some english before becoming a citizen with some exceptions. Part of the test are english classes.

English Language Exemptions
You Are Exempt From The English Language Requirement, But Are Still Required To Take The Civics Test If You Are:

Age 50 or older at the time of filing for naturalization and have lived as a permanent resident (green card holder) in the United States for 20 years (commonly referred to as the “50/20” exception).
~OR~
 Age 55 or older at the time of filing for naturalization and have lived as a permanent resident in the United States for 15 years (commonly referred to as the “55/15” exception).

I don't like big government because the US Government is the worst run business in the United States.. If they were a real company they would be bankrupt.. They squander taxpayers money..

I don't like paying social security because the big government uses my money for things they shouldn't.. Give me back what I paid in and we can call it even..

I hear people complain about CEO pay all the time.. Well, become a CEO and then you can give yourself a pay cut..

How are the Clintons crazy wealthy.. Both of them have been in "public service" their entire careers.. How do you become a multi-millionaire serving the public ? Today it is estimated that their net worth is $110 million.. Yet, we complain about the CEO's who actually provide JOBS and work hard..

This country gives way to much money to moochers.. Get off your @&& and get a damn job if you want to eat.. The only people that should get taxpayers help are the mentally and physically disabled folks in our country.. But we give out free cell phones to moochers.. Yet, I pay 100 bucks a month for cell phones because me and my wife have jobs.. Go figure.. Stop taking care of people that don't have jobs by giving them things paid for by people that do have jobs.. Jobs are out there, we just have some lazy mooching SOB's that don't want to work..

I am so sick of hearing about stupid women having 5 kids by 4 different dads and collecting gobs of food stamps off the taxpayers.. If you are stupid enough to have 5 kids with no way to support them you should be dirt poor and have nothing..

I absolutely think it's silly to think that a wall will END illegal immigration, but you lose all credibility if you argue that it doesn't help at all. By all means it won't make it impossible, it just won't be as easy as it is now. There would have to be a study to see if the cost justifies the gains, but on the flip side, it creates "shovel ready" jobs. As to drugs, history has shown us that they will always get in. Same concept...it makes it just a little harder.

I have mixed feelings on the wall if I'm being completely honest. It could be a deterrent and something that can at least be defended, but it is no way the end all be all measure that some want it to be.

Illegal immigration in and of itself if a sticky subject that doesn't have just 1 great solution. The only thing I WILL say is that we do need immigration reform to make it a more efficient process. What we have now is a joke.

Great country, love my country, but you can fix this country with 1 change. Congressional Term limits. You get 12 years to be in office. 2 terms as a senator, or some combination (3 as a rep, 1 as a senator, etc) - 12 years regardless.

We currently have people interested in what can the country do for me as a Congressman instead of what is best for my constituents. Being a legislator was supposed to be a service to your country, not a career path.

I plan on retiring in the next 10 years and running for state office, not because I need a career, but because I want to serve my state and my country.
