Any ETA for this? I'm afraid that's hard to tell, right? Yeah, no idea. I have a big chunk of time next week, so after that stretch I might have a better idea. Most of the measurements are down, other than some perimeter details, so elevating isn't too far off. On the other hand, I'm still on a high from Augusta, so I'll probably be going back and forth between the two, which might slow things down a bit.

Looking good m8, I know what you are going for there as I live not that far from there. Was standing behind 18th on Saturday

Hard to say what the timeline will be on this one. For a normal course, you don't really have to do much outside of the perimeter of the course. This one has so much detail, though, I don't know where to stop! I'll try to capture a few shots next time. There is a lot more detail added, but not a lot more course added. Just chipping away. Yep the hotel behind 18, the shops down the side, the hill on other side of road from clubhouse, the railings and parts where the tents and scoreboard go, the road winding round to the right between course and beach, the public putting green. It's all looking good, how close are you to finish it?

All I can say is that with the limitations of the game, you are doing an incredible job.

Serious Question: I have enough resources to live without it, but from a convenience standpoint, this would be absolutely ideal: www.strokesaver.co.uk/st-andrews-2015-openAnyone across the pond know anything about these, or how to obtain one of those Players Edition copies? If it meant breaking the bank then I am not interested, but maybe someone knows someone? Worth a shot.

Yeah, I think the standard ones look like this: www.strokesaver.co.uk/st-andrews-2015-open-golf-monthlyThat doesn't really give me anything more than I already have. That Players' Edition one would be key.

well done mate, keep it up you have the 18 almost nailed, theres a slight bank of rough behnd the green but you seem to have the valley of sin nailed and other little things like the houses down the left representing the shops and hotels there. behind the clubhouse is a road and over that is a hill with a bit of a valley in it that people sit to eat their lunch that overlooks the course and the sea life centre next door.
