Hard to say what the timeline will be on this one. For a normal course, you don't really have to do much outside of the perimeter of the course. This one has so much detail, though, I don't know where to stop!
I'll try to capture a few shots next time. There is a lot more detail added, but not a lot more course added. Just chipping away.

What's the plan to handle the old course hotel and the new course?

Another update. I know these feel small, but these actually reflect a ton of hours for each update. Some more beach has gone in: The 2nd and 16th double green has been placed. The 1st and 18th holes of the New Course can also be seen. Still working on adding more to the town of St. Andrews. This has been difficult and frustrating work, as the biggest buildings work best for visuals, but the flattened area surrounding these buildings really screws up the roads.

Sheesh, I wish I had that kind of talent in the designer!
I've been trying to make an RCR of a very little known course, but I keep doing something wrong while ghosting and the hole ends up 60 yards shorter than the real life one... Lol... Anyway, keep up the good work!

Nothing too beautiful here, but here you go. From here you can see the 3rd and 16th holes that were added. You can also see the 1st and 18th of the Jubilee course, and a little more coastline added. The big maintenance area is also there despite the fact that it will eventually be covered up with mounds and planting. Here is the flip side of the 1st image, where you can see some work has gone into the range area.

Back off life support Wow, hope you're okay. Looks good. I personally read your RCR walkthrough on Merion, and it's been really helpful for my current project. Thanks.

It was the St. Andrews project that was on life support. Thank you for your concern, though! Best of luck in your Scioto project. Check out hole #15 of my Ross Society CC for a crude version of Scioto's 17th (I think that's the number, long par 3 over water).

I'll definitely check Ross Society out. I have 8, 10, and 17 laid out, and I'm going to start on the rest of the holes that involve Evans Run. Anyway, yeah, definitely looking forward to this. Can't wait to hit it in Hell Bunker on 14 play it!
