Apparently Tim can't read...we don't accept 12 hole courses to the database. It's all good, he's just a little excited. I'm pretty sure it will be worthy of the sim tour, not so certain about the main tour. Think you guys would destroy it. It should hold up fairly decent in TGC2 by the looks of it. Will be interesting to see if the gallery can be corralled into the spectator areas though.

Sounds great. We use courses of all difficulties across the tours, so it could easily be used for TST and CC tours. No idea what TGC2 will bring, but I'm sure people may be updating their favorite tracks in the new editor once it is out

I'm still working on the 13th hole, but I have been doing a lot of play testing with the beta(s). I picked up a copy of the game for the PS4 last week and was disappointed to find the course a bit laggy.
So I've been busy removing trees for the last week or so. I had the tree slider at 100% (boreal theme) to begin with and hadn't removed much of anything up to this point. Oh, and I also dredged out another lake on the plot which techically removed about 1,000 more trees. All in all, there are about a third less trees in the peripheral areas now so I put together a new beta. Still only 12 holes but different tee boxes, new pins and hopefully less lag on the consoles.
The new version is called Finland Project 12 hole beta v2.
Although this version is over 300 yards shorter, the pins are a bit more tucked and the 7th and 10th have some serious teeth this time around. Be careful and have fun!

Well, it's taken 4 weeks to produce 2 more holes but I think I can still have this finished sometime in September. I put together a new beta so we can play the new holes in some wind. It's a 9 hole course featuring some alternate tee positions of a few front side holes, some new looks for the 10th through the 12th and ending with the 2 new holes. The lucky 13th is a mid length par 4 featuring a green complex similar to the 4th hole. Shots hit left and/or long are dead if the pin is on the lower left portion, if it's up on the right the 'bowl' will feed errant shots back towards the pin: The 14th hole is a fairly traditional par 5. Elevated tees and a flared fairway beg you to grip it and rip it here, but be careful if you decide to go for the green in two. It's a small target and everything slopes towards the lake: The new beta is called Finland Project beta v2. Give it a try when you have some time. Cheers.

Very nice course! Loved the elevation changes and overall beautification of the course. 8.6/10. I personally don't like using standard shapes with greens/bunkers. Anytime you can design your own shapes it adds variety and uniqueness to the course but with that said I very much enjoyed the first nine holes and will be looking forward to playing all 18 once you finish. Great work!
