Round 2 straight off with no more practice and what a start, birdie on the first put me in a good frame of mind. A pitched in eagle on the 2nd put me in an excellent frame of mind. It was a lovely looking shot. Maybe the best way to avoid putting disasters is to not putt at all! There was evidence of that on the 3rd as a missed a 6 footer and had a 9 foot putt for par. I just made it! 2 birdies on the next 2 holes put me -5 after 6. This was turning into a great round. I had a double break 10-12 footer on the 7th. It missed by inches and then continued on its merry way for another 40 or so feet. I missed the ridiculous par putt back, first dropped shot and from such a strong position. Time to regroup which I did with 2 birdies on 8 and 9. -6 at the turn. If I remember correctly both were chip ins. The back 9 started with a patient but exemption costing 5 straight pars. There were chances but also saves. I got back on the birdie trail on 15, was disappointed to miss another on 16. I went -8 on the 17th and managed just to make par on the last. That is one tricky hole. So happy enough with a -8 but it could have been so much better after the start I had. Slightly different from last weeks great start and capitulation. I've improved from round 1 and would expect to make the cut. It's good to be back.

First thing is first as a man of integrity I will put my hands up and apologise for the 2 illegal pins on the weekend one on rd 3 one on rd 4! Both aren't horrendous but still this should not happen and will not happen again was only starting my Scheduler position and obviously missed them while testing! Again Sorry guys *hangs head in shame* Golf wise "The Nemesis" struck again a third rd -1 was destroyed any chance of making the exemption mark this week and it wasn't Gales fault! I missed 6 5 footers after leaving myself on manky sideslopes. Round 4 was a lot better -9 but after a left to right on the first that broke the opposite way and a couple of 92%ers (at least none near water for once) the only though was what could I have scored round 4. Summary Round 1 -10 solid except the 3 putt 6 on the par 5 Round 2 -6 rubbish with short Irons Round 3 -1 putter trouble from start to finish Round 4 -9 Good fight back but to little to late On to Whonnock Lake a course that I love because it kicks the snot out of me so looks like I won't be Moving in "Moving Month"

My apologies i will take the heat for the poor choice of pin placements on a few of the holes in rounds 3 and 4.This was not the fault of the schedule maker MoeSlorkman but mine as the designer bigcat.Iam truly sorry if this caused any hardship in your scoring for this tournament. This was an oversight and not an attempt to trick up any greens.I will be taking more care in the future .Sincerely Wayne Adams.

A appreciate that Wayne but it's my job to insure all is correct and legit and I slipped up. And to be honest the pins weren't horrendous just semi yellow boxed and still playable. We will get it the next time ! Cheers though

As the clock ticks past the 21 hour remaining mark overnight the has been some movement from the castle to the course! only 29 watchers still to finish out this week which moves the watcher safezone to -14 were Jerod Williams secures his Web card! -13 has a 97% chance to make the cut were we see dh-nufc aka "The Dynamic Cutline" has now surfaced after his weeks leave of absense -12 has a 79% shot we have Martin "He Fought The" Law who has been joined by a pair of Americans Legg & Wiscombe -11 has a 69% we have 8 different Nationalities sitting -10 is at 34% as suggested yesterday I think this will be close to the cutline we have Chris Mossotti up from CCA and Jamie "The Sandman" Tewky well im still not sure if his 8 was due to the sand but ill just run with it till malukeye corrects me. -9 & -8 have now been cut we also know now the bogeyman checks under his bed for watchers and not #ChuckNorris ! Played Whonnock Lake last night and lets just say Crazycanuck1985 wasn't messing around with his set up each day progressively harder and the old driver smash pitch & putt routine won't make the grade next week!

I'll be back tonight but I would be confident -11 is were you need to be to make it this week.

Just played my 2nd round and played some incredible long irons (coupled with a tad of luck) to get me in at -12 -- three shots off the lead after two rounds. Hit a perfect shot on #11 for my first ace in competition. Finished the round by hitting a low, stinging 5W under the tree on 18 that slammed into the pin and dropped a foot from the hole for a tap in birdie. Whew. What a round.

Round 3 was tough. I battled through it and managed to find 5 birdies. I made 12 pars too but the one hike I dropped any shots on was a three putt double from 6 feet. I really can't get to grips with those putts.

Round 4 was easier but it was a similar story. 5 birdies, one bogey but a triple on the par 3 11th. I'm not sure how it's possible to hit the ball any softe on those tiny putts. Argh. -1 for the round and only -17 overall

I checked the leaderboard before going to bed last night and had a feeling the -10 bunch were goners, I'd say there are some satisfied watchers this morning as they took out around 15 players. Yes Moe Slorkman 2/3 of my cuts have been like this and it stings. I don't seem to have much luck at the other end either, I have been the wrong side of the exemption line twice too and both misses tinged with controversy, one miss over a guy that never finished but entered a score and the other over a self demoter from the big leagues.

Just getting over my poor shooting this week. I played the practice tourney (which I don't usually do), finished at a decent -27, including two -10 rounds on the Sat. & Sun set ups. So I thought I was in pretty good shape, started the official tourney with a bogey and never recovered. Sometimes the anger and frustration just carries on for the whole round, ended up -1. Looking for some serious magic the next day to make up for the first round and could only muster up an underwhelming 5 under, cementing myself a sure cut this week. Well I guess it's time to grab the clubs and head to Whonnock Lake early to get some rounds in.

Well due to a busy week I have become an honorary watcher this week and just got my last 2 rounds in now. It was a bit of a battle with the wind and some of the pin positions(11th is borderline ridiculous) but managed to shoot -14 for the last two to give me a chance of missing another exemption by a shot, the irony is now I have to wait on the watchers to push me out of the exemption spots after being a watcher myself. I hope it doesn't come down to a 3 putt from 9ft on 11 over that pin. Other than a couple of pins on the weekend this course was great and Kudos to the designer for that castle R1 -6 R2 -9 R3 -7 R4 -7 Total -29
