After missing the cut in my first two tourneys after my promotion to Web I think I might finally get to check the scoreboards this weekend! Feeling pretty happy, decided to play rounds 3 & 4 this afternoon; managed to come back from being +1 twice in Rd 3 to finish up -5 after some clutch putting (which makes a nice change from the usual dross). Pretty happy with that score in high winds considering the rubbish start I had... Rd 4 was however probably the best round I have played in a while! admittedly some lucky as hell bounces accompanied by decent approaches/putting netted me a really nice -10 for Rd 4 (which is apparently for now the best 4th round score on PS4, somehow!).
So in total:
Rd 1: (65) -6 Rd 2: (61) -10 Rd 3: (66) -5 Rd 4: (61) -10
Total: -31
If I make the cut (pls...) that should put me in a respectable leaderboard position, I hope. Need to get my confidence up!

As long as I can see my scorecard and write straight away, it's pretty much from memory. I know long posts are not for everyone but I enjoy writing them, being doing it since the very first week of tgctours and its part of the game for me. I wasn't knocking your long posts man I was just curious as if you do it from memory or have to take notes as you are quite descriptive and I can actually visualise your round from your post so you are doing a good job. As for people not liking your long posts, well they just have the option of not reading them but I see plenty of guys on here do like them anyway.

Watchers Eve Lunchtime Watcher of the Watchers ReportRight lets try to get this right this week!!! 51 yes 51 watchers still to finish out this week thats the highest since records began!!! (probably correct) That only garentees the top 19 to be in the watcher safe zone which means -15 and better is the place to be. Leads me to congratulate Adam Tickner on securing his web card! an Aussie comes out of nowhere and Is into contention for the win on Web swear I've seen this before! #wheresratna -14 has a 94% chance to make the cut looking good for Jerod Williams to earn his web card. -13 has a 73% chance to make the cut were we see friendBOMBER one of TGCT's best course designers IMO. -12 has a 65% shot we have Martin "He Fought The" Law all by his lonesome -11 has a 63% we have Shawn Yung looking set to make his first cut of the season -10 is at 43% cut will probably end up close to here we have up from CCA malukeye who had an unfortunate Snowman on the 18th suppose if it was in due to the bunkers we could call it a "Sandman". Jamie "The Sandman" Tewky does have a good ring to it actually!! Anyway hopefully that doesn't cost him his card. -9 big jump down to 14% could be Mollons first cut on Web! -8 is only a 6% shot dead in the water unfortunately for the 3 Americans sitting in the clubhouse. -7 and worse are all on there way to Whonnock Lake which should have the tag line "Andre's Revenge" after the Destruction of Crazycanuck1985 s Angels Plateau he swore revenge!!! now the time has come

Ah, I know you were not knocking them, sorry if I gave that impression. I should have worded it better. It's a bit strange really, I can be a bit quite in real life but when it comes to writing something down, I can get carried away. I hate talking on a phone but can write pages in a letter. Thank you for your kind words in saying you can visualise my rounds when reading one, it is something I try to do as well as having a little fun along the way.

Watchers Eve Lunchtime Watcher of the Watchers Report-9 big jump down to 14% could be Mollons first cut on Web! Yeah I think you're right Moe I had a sh%$ 2nd round to say the least. On the bright side I won't have to play two more rounds on this course which I struggled with and it didn't suit my game at all. Also struggled a bit on the Euro tour finished E after four rounds but at least that tough course didn't beat me. Doing much better on PGA. -10 after one round. Love Tye Dunes and it's coming up on web tour soon. Have fun out there guys!

Thanks! I like that percentage! I would hate to see my -11 in the third round go to waste!

Thanks! I like that percentage! I would hate to see my -11 in the third round go to waste! Great round man, anything in double figures under par on this course is a great score especially in the strong winds that others have described, not looking forward to round 3 as I felt I didn't really have it under control in the first 2 rounds and you have to be spot on with your approach play to score here.

That's my curse play mediocre first two rounds, maybe make the cut... then go lights out in the third round no matter the wind or conditions. This course had some brutal pin positions! Still loved the course. Wonder who lives in the castle?

I have no idea who lives in the castle but I know there are a fair few watchers taking up residence in there during the tournament, some great vantage points for the binocular boys that's for sure

Sorry for the late play of rounds thus week. I'll get my first two in tonight even if it means little to no practice.

Looks like my -14 through 2 would have earned me a top 70 and a permanent Web card if I was up here...I think I'm ready for the challenge. Onward and Upward

Looks like my -14 through 2 would have earned me a top 70 and a permanent Web card if I was up here...I think I'm ready for the challenge. Onward and Upward There's quite a bit of overlap between flights. Anyone who earns an exemption has the ability to compete on the next level. After earning an exemption from CC-A to Web, I finished T16 to keep my Web card. Then I was middle-of-the-pack for several weeks afterwards. I finally put four quality rounds together last week and am on exemption playing the Euro this week. Two more quality rounds so far this week have me well above the cut line at T12.

After almost a week away I finally laid my hands on my clubs again. It was a good feeling. Practice went quite well and after just 1 round I had no time left. Time to start.
Bogey on the first was a fabulous way to start and even a birdie as expected on the 2nd wasn't enough to turn it around, as on the 3rd I bogied again. Both times putting let me down. I though a practice round would have me ready but I was hitting it far too hard. I struggled and only parred the next 4. The easyish 6th was a big disappointment. 3 birdies followed and I though the good run had started. Par followed by bogey stopped that in its tracks. Again, putting cost me 1 or 2 shots. After a par on the difficult 13 I managed to birdie 4 in a row to give some semblance of respectability. I almost threw it away on the 18th but this time I was able to make a short but difficult putt. Only -5 but it could have been worse. Sights set on a -7 minimum for round 2, back to just trying to make the cut!!
