I have always suffered from the curse of one shot, missing wins by one shot, exemptions by one shot, got demoted by one shot. After finally getting rid of the curse and winning cc-a by one shot, I get hit by the curse of one week!! Great changes to the challenge circuit by the way, auto promotion for a win is a great rule, a nice reward for winning in the cc which is not easy. Back to try making the cut on the web for me, thanks to the admins for this, it gives more for the challenge circuit player to aim for. Note to self, edit acceptance speech posted in challenge circuit forums to add another screw you?  |

I finished T7 last week and have an exemption into D Class for this week but still show a strike. How is this possible? Shouldn't that strike be erased?

Whatever the changes, the results make sense. My knee jerk was shock and horror to drop so many spots, but in looking at the people above me, they all deserve that spot, for now. Great job as always folks. Thank you for your service.  Agree with this. Got confused when I saw I was back up to 74 before I read this. Seeing those infront I can't argue too much. Plus a lot of my time has been spent in CC and Web so hopefully as the year pans out I'll make bigger gains than those infront who started out in PGA/Euro. |

This is good for us real hackers who are placed in atour they just don't belong in. My 50 or 60th finishing spots will now be worth a true demotion to a lower tour. Yeepee !

I'm seeing some nice features. But mainly, the will by the admins to try and improve the experience. We'll see how it goes

I think the auto promotions should have waited until season 3. Not entirely fair to all those who have won in CC before the changes. Or at least make it retro-active to the start of season 2.

If someone in CC won previously and wants to move up, I see no reason why we can't do that on request. I'll double check with Doyley to be sure there's not a valid reason not to do so, but I think we'd just manually promote those that request it via commish@tgctours.com, provided they had indeed won.

Just didn't see any reason for you to take my reply to your concern and turn it into an insinuation that we were incapable of manually processing promotions since we haven't addressed your exemption issue.

It was a good suggestion and I agree.
In regards to your email, I answer as many as possible but leave the ones regarding Tournament procedures to Doyley since he is the official Tournament Director and is the most familiar with the surrounding procedures..
