Yes, I've had it. I doesn't happen as much as it used to, only once every few rounds. Very frustrating when it happens because I always leave the putt yards short.

Happens to me a lot. It's tough to explain how to 'fix' it, so bear with me.
On a short putt, my tendency would be to just bring the analog stick back a short way. The problem is, if you haven't brought it back far enough, the putt will 'stick'. You are anticipating it moving back further, so you push the analog stick forward and result in a stubbed putt. I missed a 1' putt yesterday doing exactly this.
To fix it what you need to do is get in the habit of bringing the analog stick back further... as in... all the way. You move it forward once the animation reaches the desired spot.
Basically keep in mind that the putter motion and the stick motion are not a 1:1 ratio. If the analog stick is not at it's maximum axis and the analog stick has stopped moving, the putter will stop moving at some point. You 'stick' your putt when the putter stops moving before you want it to.
Again, it's very hard to describe... but the short version is: Bring the stick back further regardless of how short the putt is. People won't have the issue that use a wider range of motion on their analog stick on their 'natural putting swing'
Hope that helps.
