Looks like I'm joining you guys for a week on exemption. Here are the winds as I remember them:
Rounds 1&2: 4-7 mph Round 3: 21-22 mph (not a typo!) Round 4: 11-12 mph
The first two rounds were very frustrating for me. The winds were about the same as the vast majority of the practice rounds I played on the course. I took advantage of the low wind speed and GIR'd many more holes than I usually do. But my ability to read the breaks was way off and putts just were not falling. I'm expecting my putts for these rounds to be in the high 20's.
I could not believe my eyes when I saw the wind on the Saturday course. Never had I played a course with 20+ mph in probably 400 rounds of this game and here I was looking at a 22 mph headwind! When I birdied my final hole to get my round score back to even par, I gave a huge sigh of relief!
When round 4 came around, the 12 mph wind felt like a walk in the park. Eleven birdies overall here, with a pair of bogeys (one of them a 3 putt) to taint a very nice round.
Finally tally: 63, 64, 70, 61 for a total of 22 under. Here's hoping the top CC-A exemption player doesn't score at better than 32.
Good luck out there!

Big struggle for me this week. Early rounds felt too easy but of course I blew a ton of opportunities. As Canthitstraight noted above, 3rd round was just brutal. I stared at the screen for a good 2-3 minutes on that first hole. My ability to do math in my head was out the window. I should have finished and stopped, but decided to play the last round. The big wind was still in my head and I over compensated on the moderate wind most of the final round, constantly on the wrong side of the hole.
Maybe some day I can put it together for 4 rounds.
60, 59, 69, 67 for me (-25). That aint going to get it done.

Nice round 1 & 2 scores!
I can't see too many people going -30 on this one with that hurricane in round 3. So it wouldn't surprise me if -25 is still a top 10 score like it is in Isla Resaca.
To combat the 22 mph crosswinds, I used draw/fade up to one box along with wind shaping. Since I've never practiced this technique before, it did take a little bit of getting used to. Worked out pretty well however. I'll be shocked if anyone goes low 60's on this one.

Shockingly...my 2 worst round this week were the 1st (79) and 4th(85 after I said to hell with it).
I had a 69 in round 2...and wait for it....a +3 73 in round 3 in 22+ mph winds. I even doubled the last hole or I woulda been a 71.

I just did a practice round and some of the scores here so far are very good imo. The first 5 holes on my practice round I was -4. Thinking this was a very easy course even though it says hard. From there it was all downhill, only managed an even score and that was normal winds of 9mph.

I will be up here on exemption this week. Very difficult back nine on this one. I put two rounds in so far and went 63, 62 and am sitting at -15. I hope to pull out an even par 3rd and shoot well in the 4th.

Finished up 63, 63, 70, 64 for a -21 total. I will take that. That final round was not very pleasant either, that was a nice 61 Kuo. Hopefully those scores will be enough to stay in A.

I can't see too many people going -30 on this one with that hurricane in round 3. I'm thinking the top players will be around -12 to -13 for the first 2 rounds and 10-12 for the last. And someone always has a crazy good round in these winds. My guess is -38 to -40 will win it this week. With no more exemptions, the top dogs aren't going anywhere for a few weeks.

I can see someone maybe getting a -35 total, but I'd be shocked and impressed to see a -4x number out of CC.

Oh wait, I think I misread your comment. Did you mean -12 in both round 1 and round 2 (so -24 through 2 rounds)? If so, that makes much more sense. However, I do think that you'll probably be tied with the lowest two round score at -21. Who knows though.

Then some crazy fool will put up a -6 in the round 3 hurricane, and close it out with a -10 or so. I could be way off but I'm always impressed with the level of play on this tour. These aren't the easiest greens but there are some easier putts available if you can control the approach well.

-21 after 2. Maybe the powers that be will let me double that instead of playing the last 2?

-26 for the tourny and hope like hell we don't see this course and the Sat/Sun pins again any time soon. Between the wind (3rd rd) and the pin placements (3rd & 4th rds) all the fun was sucked right out of this tourny. By the end of the 4th round, I went from liking the course to not wanting to play it.
