Yup. +5 in r3 in 17mph wind and +3 in r4 with 19mph. I found the course tough enough with little wind so that was just mean to me. I had 9 mph winds in Round 4 so I'm confused why you would have 19? My "wind report" went as follows: R1: 15 R2: 15 R3: 16 R4: 9 Would be interested to know if most had the same winds across all platforms. That's about how strong the winds were for me, in the third round it did get up to 18 at one point.

There was in issue in the way we created the events this week - since it was two pin setup (instead of 4) there were multiple ways it could be created. The PS4 and PC were set up with 2 events at 2 rounds each. The XB1 was set up with 4 single round events. Obviously this possibility slipped my mind until I watched Andre create the events live on twitch at 11:50pm on Friday. At that point I emailed everyone to do it the same but with only 10 minutes notice it wasn't enough time to alert all 3 guys.
I asked Rami if all things were the same (tour name, rounds in proper order etc) except the format was different - if the winds would be the same across all events - and he said no (last night). I've been waiting to see how the winds were reported on all systems hoping that they would still be identical and it looks like we got 3 rounds in but the 4th is a big difference.
Going forward we have a standard format for all multi-pin events - regardless whether it's a 2, 3 or 4 pin setup - that will keep this from happening in the future.
Unfortunately there's nothing that can be done about this now - 3 of the 4 rounds are the same on all systems - looks like the 4th round was a big difference which is unfortunate for those shooting in high winds.
At this point I'd like to remind all you grabbing your pitchforked keyboards that this is all run by volunteers and as such it's not going to be a flawless execution every week. This was the most minor of issues - technically all systems are setup to play the exact same - but due to the way the wind fix works it's obvious we needed to make each round a single event in the creation process. So while I realize it's not fair, it's going to have to do for this week and won't be an issue from here on out.

Awesome job to those who scored well this week! For us PS4 players struggling with the new swing mechanics and the high winds, this was REALLY tough. The will be the highest total of the year for me and I definitely lost patience once the bogeys starting rolling in. I did not see winds under 12 MPH the whole tour and in round three I saw winds at 20 MPH many holes.

OK, I have a problem. I played all 4 rounds, but I can't go back and see what I shot in each round to enter my score. It's not like a tournament. Any ideas?

Round 4 met with the 18-20 mph winds. Started with a birdie that buzzed the edge on the way by, just missing a hole-out. Second hole, par 5, I put the ball just off the green after two shots, sitting 8 yards away. Chipped it into the bank with the SW and watch it roll in for eagle. Got encouraged that this might be a really good round, but a wayward drive here and there gave me a bunch of pars and a bogey to sit -2 through 8. Got a stroke back on the par 5 9th to turn at 3 under. The back scorecard-wise looks steady, but uneventful with 2 birdies and 7 pars for a -5. I did hit it in the water on the short par 4 (16?) on the back. Luckily the ball bounced in the rough before it went into the water, so I had a drop 34 yards away and was able to get up and down to save par.
That high of winds really wreak havoc when they are the dreaded diagonal winds. My putting let me down a couple of times, but most of us have that same story, right?
After that last round I can't imagine how short you have to leave an approach shot on firm/fast settings if you had upper teens straight downwind. Have to land it in the fairway and roll it up. I found myself doing that here a few times with a couple good, but mostly mediocre offerings.

Well, my 3rd round was met with 15-16 mph winds like everyone else. Missed several putts by fraction of inches. Managed to shoot -4, for a 68 and felt like it was a good score considering. I am -15 through 3 rds(if I make the cut).
One thing I must mention that bothered me some. On 18, par 5, I went for the green in two and dunked it in the water.( my thought was I could save par if I dunked it) Well, it gave me a drop on the green side of the water which gave me an easy up and down par. Hope this is addressed soon as this certainly is an incorrect drop.
Final word..these winds are tough!!
Ghosted with Andy,(Cdogbuck), and kudos to you my friend, you played very well.

Doyley or Tim, should I be assessed a penalty stroke for the incorrect drop that the game gave me. I feel bad because this isn't right. See above post. Do we, tgctours, have any kind of rule in place to deal with this situation?
Any others that this has happened to?

No, Wes, it did not clear the hazard. In the middle of the water. This could be exploited or at least make it an easier decision whether to 'go for it' or not. My drop, while not on the green, was in or close to the fringe.
Just saw that HB Studios is aware and working to fix.

I got back from my holiday early on Sunday morning (0600 hrs) my wife went straight to bed while i opted to go straight for the laptop, needed my fix, especially knowing the wind fix was in.... my intention was to play the 1st round only.... i played so well that i got carried away and duly completed all 4 rounds back to back.... big mistake.... my rounds gradually got worse as the eyelids started to close and concentration dropped, rounds 3 and 4 in those winds were awful Will probably start off top of the pile and finish mid-table. Note to oneself.....when the wife says come to bed......F..KING LISTEN AND GO.... Still the good thing about this game, there's always next week
All the very best of luck to the usual crowd.

Saw we both finished -19. I think that may be good enough for top 10. Scores are definitely trending higher with each round.
