I made the switch to PC this week after my first seven events/weeks I played on TGCT on the PS4. Had around 10-11 or so winds the first two rounds varying 2-3 mph or so hole to hole. My first shot on the 3rd round, which is all I played to not get the 1 inch putt glitch, saw 15 mph.
I practiced great this morning on the regular Wildfire setup and the B setup, but those were in lower winds. I play a hold Em tournament most Sunday mornings about 40 miles out of town. I updated my graphics driver right before I left. I came back and my PC would not work on my TV that I use as a monitor. I went back to my regular PC monitor and for the first 12 or so holes of round one, I got some graphics tearing and garbled graphics on the HUD and occasionally on the grid lines on the greens, but not issues on the basic course itself. Nothing I couldn't play through, just annoyed that an update would screw up what worked fine. Anyways, Round two didn't see any of the graphics issues, thankfully.
If I remember correctly, I had a bogey in each round, but played better than I expected in the winds given. I can handle low double digits, so it will be interesting to see how round 3 goes and I have no idea what round 4 has in store.
Round 1: 62 (-10)
Round 2: 63 (- 9)

I really enjoy this course. Played the first two rounds today. Winds were around 9-11 mph for both rounds.

I thought I had the wind by the horns, really good first round, followed by a really bad 2nd, followed by a so so 3rd, opened 4th round and boom boom major wind for a desert course. Im sure the 4th round I will need to hang on to my hat.

Judging by the replies i am in trouble. -10 after 2. I have yet to play rounds 3 and 4 outside of my tee shot on #1 in round 3, but I think we got the easier winds in Rds 1 and 2.  |

The final 2 were definitely tougher than the first 2. Went -13 on first 2, then E and -6 the last 2. I doubt -19 holds, but the wind change definitely should bring scoring up a bit which I'm all for. |

Updating:
Rd 1: 62 (-10)
Rd 2: 63 (- 9)
Rd 3: 66 (- 6) (last 4 holes, birdie, birdie, birdie, eagle)
Hit my tee shot on #1 4th round in 19 mph winds. Should be fun. :/

annnnd I finished -2... So yeah. Yup. +5 in r3 in 17mph wind and +3 in r4 with 19mph. I found the course tough enough with little wind so that was just mean to me. |
