Starting CC-D thread. Just played my first practice round. What a beautiful course. The last three holes are phenomenal. Expect low scores, but some tough pins and sloping greens can make it challenging. Need to plan out some drives to avoid overhanging trees. Slower green speeds take some getting used to after the past two weeks of Hobble and Hoodoo. Best of luck to all.

I left a lot of strokes on the course and know I can improve on it. Putting is killing me in this game. I can be pin high 10 feet out and 3 putt. Just can't grasp it even with all the tips and hints.

I played what I believe to be R1 and ended 3+ after a great front nine I finished poorly. When searching for this course I see Setups A-C, are these the different Rounds? I did enjoy the course though Also where do we see Minimum and Max Wind? Trying to submit a practice round and I cannot find that info.

I believe the round setups are as follows Round 1 - Normal set up Round 2 - set up B Round 3 - set up C Round 4 - set up D someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

According to the multi pin thread you are right. I played Round 1 the other night. Finished 5 or 6 over or something. That wind is going to murder me.

I appears as though there has been a few adjustments to the setups. I don't recall as much wind in the original setup...scratched out a +1, but have also gone +4 or +5 with the added wind. Setup C use to read "hardest", now it reads "easiest". My winds were 12-17 mph on the normal setup, all pretty much in my face. I don't recall them being that high when I carded my 72(+1).

Interesting. I'm hoping to play at least B, maybe C tonight. I think it was Monday when I played the one with no letter. Wind sat in that 12 to 18 range like you said. Mind you this was my first round with winds that high. I played one practice round then straight into Q School. And now I'm here haha. I'm real fresh.

Looking forward to this as it will be my 1st tournament. I didn't realize we could start playing before the previous week was finished, except for practice. See you all on the tee.

I think we do have to wait until the previous week is finished don't we? All the talk above relates to practice rounds!

Hello all. I'm new here, just got the game last week and did q school and am on the d tour. I tried to register for this event but it tells me I can't because it has a full field already. Is there any way I can play in this tourney?

Just having a practice round as I write this. An absolute beauty of a course visually (even on my XB1!) but I'm not getting any winds less than 15mph. If we're all hitting 15mph+ come the tournament then I think a heck of a lot of people will struggle to break par. If the wind fix comes in however then at least a round or two should be pretty kind in respect of the winds.

I'm guessing 150 is the default max field but hopefully they can get you in back end.

Just played another round on the normal setup. I'm hoping the wind fix is on its way. Highlight...I sank a 48 foot putt +3(74)
