WEST WEALD (not accepted)
It's a shame I had to rate this course as "Not accepted". It had some very interesting hole layout ideas, and was absolutely challenging.
But unfortunately, the greens were absolutely not worth to make this course part of the TGCT-database. And I'm not talking about the fact that the greens are firm & fast, no... but they do have some slopes that are simply overdone and too much. Started on Green #1, another example would be #7. But when I finally came to Hole #14, I had enough. Pin placed right in the middle of a severe red slope. At this point I stopped playing.
If the course designer would overwork his greens I'm totally sure this course would be accepted, if not Tour worthy. So I hope he reads this!

RSOGT-Alabama (not accepted)
Not everything on this course was bad, it had some interesting ideas and layouts. But honestly, the bad things were simply too much:
Some weird holes, auto-generated stuff here and there, blind tee shots all over the place, and so on and so forth.
Independent of that, I'd really like to know what "RSOGT" does mean...

RAMMSTEIN DU HAST COURSE
Course is far too wild and unrealistic to be considered for the tour. The editing is way too rough, and just simply doesn't meet the standards of tgct. I did like the few out and back holes, but were easily cheated with a clever shot shaped up and over trees. I manged to stick my drive on a par 5, and that's a prime example of the things that make this course unsuitable.

Just finished woodbridge bay. 7000 yard par 71. You will need to shape some shots to hit the fairways. There is some nice risk reward shots. Plays longer than it is because of the soft fairways However, it is quite easy to stick the green shots. Give it a shot and let me know what you think. Thanks

I have fixed the greens and fairways and would like to resubmit this course. I renamed it Woodbridge Creek 2.0. Thanks

I apologize for wasting your time. Truly I am. I really wish I could delete it. I agree with your assessment completely. The ones I'm doing now are much better. RSOGT stands for Robert Shawn obrian golf trail. The name is derived from the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail here in Alabama. Blasphemous I know. Sorry. The new ones will have individual names. You live and learn. I hope my new courses will be much more enjoyable. Thanks!

Really no need to apologize, Shawn!
That's part of the "job".

Thanks man. The new one was released today. Give it go. I think you'll be pleased. It is for the advanced player in mind. Called: TPC Sixty Bridges. Yes there are actually 60 Bridges.

Ol Ironhead Links (not accepted)
I'm actually a big fan of Links Courses... but this was just too much of fantasy golf to me. Crazy hole layouts here and there, and those Greens were just unworthy of discussion.
That's a pity, because the course designer has obviously spent quiet some time creating this course and had some fresh/nice ideas (for example those ruins all over the course). But even those couldn't persuade me to approve the course.

Death valley tidal basin was rejected. Not sure why, thought it was one of my better ones.

ROYAL ROYEAUX
I'm just gonna come out and be simple. The course here lacked polish and variety, and had an overall messy appearance to it. As a one of the biggest haters of firm courses, I felt that this course was actually too soft for its set up, and some more firmness would be required to make this course more challenging. I appreciate the effort here, but don't feel it stacks up to the high quality submissions we've seen lately.

Dunmar Run GC - not accepted
This course has a nice layout with nice planting and bunkering (got better as the course progressed), but the execution falls a little short. There were a number of greens that did not have a texture around them and therefore has that ugly brown ribbon exposed There were quite a few fairways that rolled off a cliff (heavy rough down a cliff is fine but how can fairway be maintained on a cliff face) The cart path was a nice touch and but was used down the middle of the hole during the front 9, but you did change that in on the back 9 and placed the cart path to the side of the hole Another way to visually improve your course is to use the smooth/flatten fuzzy brush, this will smooth out the cart paths (which reminded me of a roller coaster) and in various spots around fairway edges, bunkers and greens to give a more polished look.
Another thing I noticed was the use of the marking poles which is fine, but then you randomly added the 250 yard sign. There was no consistancy and in my opinion that sign belongs on teh range not on the course
If you keep some of these points in mind on your next course or if you mod this one it will go a long ways to creating nice courses that folks will fav and play again

PILSNER HILLS GC
Course is far too bland and repetitive. Felt like I was playing the same holes over and over again. Needed some variety and some elevation change, and almost nothing done to spruce up its appearance. Also extremely easy, which isn't always a bad thing, but this was a total just go up and fire away course, as there was nothing to make you think about anything other than just picking the right club and loft.

SWAMP OF SOULS GOLF AND REHAB CENTRE FOR THE CLINICALLY DEPRESSED
As the name suggested going in I thought this one might be a little out there! It was. Not a Bad course "swamp of souls golf and rehab centre for the clinically depressed" , but just to much of about everything. Notes:
- Fairways sometimes to small - Land Texture obvious which tools were used and not naturally sculpted - Just did not have a flow to it, kind of just thrown together. ( Rocks and shrubbery in same position and just repeatedly placed over and over) - Think this was thrown together pretty fast - Weird Layout - Like Putt Putt Golfy with weird landing areas and shots (not challenging but tricky) - HB needs to do something about the wind on these Tropical Courses, its ridiculous.
Not much else to say really, as with all courses I believe they are art so I won't say it doesn't fit somewhere, but definitely not Tour Worthy. If it was a painting it would be a Vincent van Gogh!
