Wow. FUN course... I'd love to do this one on one of the tours. It's definitely tough for speed golf -- I tend to like to play blind, and sometimes that burns me. The 13mph winds also make it a challenge.
Curious to see what the scores/times end up as this time around. I unofficially timed myself at approx 18:10...

You can find the challenge under Tours, named " speed-golf-w6". Rules* Your time starts when you sink the putt on the warmup hole. * Your time ends when you sink the putt at the end of the main round. * Each stroke you take adds 20 seconds to your time. * The winner is the person with the lowest combined time. * We have a warmup hole because timestamps are taken at the end of each round; we then take the difference between the two rounds. This does mean you should try to race through the menu after you've completed the warmup hole, it shouldn't take more than a few seconds. * The challenge will run until Monday night, and results announced on Tuesday. * Available on all platforms! |

That was, IMO, a brutal course for speed golf. Beauty of a track though. Here's my prediction for my round. Dead. Last.

Keith kindly played and recorded the speed golf on all 3 platforms, and gave me the recordings. From these, I worked out that the PC is a little faster when loading so I am applying a correction from now on. I will reduce your round time by the following, dependent on platform:
PC: 0 seconds
PS4: 15 seconds
XB1: 20 seconds
(I may adjust this in later weeks if I get more data from ppl streaming, and/or if the API changes)
Week 6 ends on Monday, hopefully you platform guys and gals will feel like you can win this now!

I feel that's reasonable. It felt like PS4 was a bit slower than PC (based on streams I've seen), but not crazily so.
