Went and finished -2, +2 for -3. Was feeling fine and then started hitting everything slow at the end. It cost me 3 shots. Can't have anything good. Only almost. For how much I genuinely hate this swing difficulty, this week was the best I've swung. It just doesn't show in any stat sheets! And it was fairly enjoyable for once... but also since there's some home country bias in there, I think it was more down to a familiar surrounding going around the course. Always gotta love going around a course which is not even an hour away from you. Kiitos ja kippis! Hyvää joulua! (little early but it is the pre-Christmas party so it makes sense to be a little early) The thing is the transition takes more than just a few tournaments to adjust to the harder swing and most never gave it even half a chance. Legend is much harder tee to green than master. Master is so forgiving for swing plane so it is really just a swing about tempo. I absolutely hate driving on master difficulty you hit absolutely sh%$ swing plane and off tempo and still hit fairways, it's just point and shoot unless you play silly narrow fairways. It feel absolutely nothing like the real game of golf when you pick driver off the tee. I really loved TST when it went to legend as it felt like fairway hazards came into play especially as we have pull and push shots on that difficulty and yes pull and pull shots are a huge part of the game of golf. I just can't go back to master difficulty as it is mind numbingly boring even for an average player like myself. I am one those people that doesn't churn out 10’s of round a week , just a few but I want it to feel like it's a challenge with immersion and playing on this game's hard mode is the challenge most people need. I can't for the life of me see what a top player sees in master difficulty as it is just maths and a putting competition on TST from now on for them. Fair play to Matt and Frans for trying it out even if I do think the switch back was premature and I would of been there on TST for the long run if they gave it a proper chance. TAN cross platform and Bova Kian s PC legend ultra sim society for me from now on, Ultra Sim and Legend difficulty and that is by far the best way to play this game if you love sim golf. Yup, I never questioned that it takes time to transition from Master to Legend. Just stated a personal opinion, that's all. Much like you, I don't currently have time for 10's of rounds every week so of course, my time is also limited to even try to get really acquainted with Legend swing since I don't play that difficulty at all anywhere else, nor do I really care enough to. I tried to give it a chance with whatever little time I had at the beginning of this TST season and went with an open mind. Didn't really know why it needed to be considered going to Legend because I personally thought it was fine before (yup, really) but hey, fair play for trying anyways. There's nothing wrong with that at all! I've always supported whatever decisions these tours have made and rolled along with it. It's just a case of a swing difficulty that's obviously not for me and my liking, much like apparently Master is not for you and your liking. If you like playing something more realistic, knock yourself out mate. I don't play the game for hyper realism or for that matter any game for that reason, I know that's blasphemous to some but that's just how it is. Makes no difference in the end, there's always a way to find enjoyment one way or another and all of those ways are equal to others. Whatever the top players see in any difficulty, I have no idea either. I'm not really one of those. But we're all different, we're not all top players and therefore, catering to all of us is a fine line to try and get even close to being just right. And right now, seems like the powers that be have chosen to revert back because that line is currently drawn there. I think. Either way, that's where things seem to be. Is it premature? Maybe, who knows. But I for one do not envy having to make any of these decisions that they have to make. Oh, and I suppose I appreciate the kind offer of other recommendations to play since that was a response/rant directed to me (why? Was it the ONE specific line that I wrote?), but I guess since I obviously don't know the best ways to play sim golf (after all, I personally hate Legend swing!), I don't know if I qualify to play in those tours. So I think I'll respectfully decline. Thanks for the offer, I genuinely hope you have fun there though.

Just ranting my frustration that's all and deleted it just before you replied actually. Like I said respect to Frans and Matt for giving legend a go and good luck to all who enjoy master difficulty but personally feels a step backwards to play on that swing difficulty. I know it's hard to please everyone so I do understand that it is about pleasing the many rather than the few. Hope everyone has a great Christmas 🎄
