I went from +6 to -4 on the second round of BoB to finish +2 just by changing controllers; I don't use a downswing, I want the computer to read the momentum of my swing and create a downswing from that. My scores vary wildy because of this. If the server is not at 110% it can mean I have no chance of playing an under par round. I want the game to consistently read my momentum swing.

I know I'm going to regret engaging with this, but the clue is in the words 'fake' and '110%'. You can't be surprised by the outcome...

Try playing with your TV off…then your fake downswing will be matched with your fake playing and you can post your fake scores here. |

I got a promotion to CC-I in the promotion tournament this year. I was shooting -27 the last 3 tournaments, now all of a sudden I can't make a cut and am shooting +6. I have not changed anything about how I am playing.
Edit; Ok, it is for sure the update that happened on 6 Dec. It explains why I complain about the swing on the boards at the same time every year if 2K always makes swing adjustments with this update. Because of how I play, very tiny changes have major effects on me. It won't save me from having to play to stay up next week but I did come back from +5 to finish -3.

Ive never really gotten used to using tempo. |

I don't know how to play any other way. I literally don't know how to take a full swing. |

I'm not trying to use a loophole. I don't know how to play any other way. I don't know what to say besides...it's a loop hole, intended or not. It was/is a glitch that reads you has having perfect tempo when you are actively avoiding having any tempo at all. Every other person (save maybe a small few who have also found this and haven't posted about it) play the game having to swing with tempo. It's part of the difficulty settings. If you don't want to play with tempo, turn it off. Ever other person on the TGCTour plays with Tempo. Even the 3-click tour plays with tempo, of sorts, since the 3 clicks are evenly spaced. You can do swing calibration and find a speed that works for you. I was playing with a faster swing until recently, then I tried slowing it down and it has given me much more success, though I'm not perfect. |
