Dear TST enthusiasts,
This week I’m taking you to Florida; Seminole (2k23 version created by the king of LiDAR courses) - one of the top courses in the sunshine state. Weather has been iffy and thus the greens are relatively slow and overnight rain softens them on some days. I think you’ll thank the weather gods for that because these greens can be challenging. 😎

Round 1 at The Florida Open went well, thought the length of the course was going to be a problem for this short hitter but it wasn't bad.

My scores are usually not worthy of posting. I had an Ace on the par 3 #5 so I thought I would share. It sparked me to a respectable first round. Another fine course selection by fransslabak |

Superb track again from BaconJunkie1 's impressive, ever expanding library. The pixel golf, not so superb. After being 3 under after the 3rd hole I'd have hoped for better. Pretty steady golf with just one real blemish, probably the worst pitch shot ever into the water for my only swim in the 2nd round. Just kept gaining shots only to give them back. But at TST I'll always take under par at the half way stage.  |

Thanks you all for the comments, I love this course and thank you all for using it. As I design these I get to see views of the course from all over BUT seeing them as players play them is whole other perspective .... Thanks meyoCongrats sirwade on the HIO!!!!!  |

Round 2: -7
Solid play ruined by a dreadful double bogey in the second round.
However, also holed a few putts I had no business holing. So, right where I deserve to be halfway.

Good start to the week with a -9 and a -4. Couple of silly bogies in the second round spoilt things a bit, but something to work on in the last 2 rounds. Great course choice Frans fransslabak |

Everything was going pretty good. Sun was out and felt nice. Made 4 birdies and 1 bogey on the front nine. Must have caught PAR-I-TUS, in the locker room, from one of you Son of B------s! Hopefully, it clears up by the start of round 2. I heard that High Winds are good for it.  |

Round 2 was a struggle, the length of some holes combined with headwind did me in. Plus 3 to fall back to even par after 2 rounds.

Sort of got rid of the PARITUS for round two. I had an Eagle which was nice and a couple Bogies to compensate the Eagle. Are you supposed to type that as bogeys? Whatever! Sounds the same. You get the point! Anyways, birdied 14, 15 and 16 with pars on 17 and 18 to get to 5 under for the round. Tournament at 9 under at the halfway mark. I find the course easy but my play is erratic. In a few practice rounds I shot 7 under and 7 over par. That being said, I have to be happy with the under-par rounds that I posted. Even if my EGO disagrees. Imagine having a True Sim Tour EGO as I was shooting +25 Final Scores just a few weeks ago!?  |

Disaster in round 3 and front nine of round 4… tempo was gone. Then it came back, but too late to repair the damage done.
Round 3: -2
Round4: -7
-24 total
