99.9% of Support Tickets for scores not showing on the leaderboard are the result of one of these issues. Here are the things to check first before contacting support.
1) Did you play the correct event?
All of our events are in the TGCTours official societies. If you played outside the society, your rounds won't be found (and would not count). Also, make sure you played the correct event for the leaderboard you're looking at on our site. You may have been promoted from CC-A to Kinetic...you need to then be playing in the TGCTours (Kinetic) society. So double check that you've played the event for the correct leaderboard.
2) Do you have 3rd Party Data Access enabled?
See here: www.tgctours.com/Home/Optin/
This must be enabled for us to find your scores.
3) Does your gamertag match exactly?
Edit your profile by clicking the User icon next to the Logout button on our website. Make sure your gamertag matches exactly to how it appears in the leaderboard within the game. It has to be exact. If your name has two spaces between words and you only put one, it will not work.
4) Have you changed gamertags?
It is not recommended to change your gamertag in the middle of an event until all of your scores have posted on our site. If you start an event with one gamertag, it is likely that the game will use that gamertag for the duration of the event even if you change it. Therefore, your gamertag should match the original one until all scores have posted. And, of course, if you do change a gamertag after scores have posted, be sure to update your profile on our site to match the new one for the next event.
5) Have you changed systems?
Changing your preferred system in you profile only affects future registrations. Since registrations for events take place on Saturday nights, changing your preferred system on Tuesday won't change anything for the current event, only future events for which registration has not yet occurred. The only way to switch systems mid-week is to request a registration change via support ticket. Otherwise, please plan ahead.
6) Did you play before the cut deadline?
All of our weekly events have a cut mid-week. This means that you must play your first two rounds before the cut occurs. The deadline for playing the first two rounds is 0400 UTC on Thursday. If you do not play your first two round prior to the deadline, your scores will not show. This makes sense because you cannot make the cut if you don't play before it occurs.
